Description of Work: SEALED DRIVEWAY . WE WERE NOT HOME WHEN THEY CAME . THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO EDGE & TREAT ANY OIL SPOTS.. (WE ONLY HAD TWO SMALL ONES TOWARDS THE END OF THE DRIVEWAY.) IT DID NOT LOOK LIKE THEY DID EITHER. ALSO SEEMED LIKE A VERY THIN COAT OF SEALER. BEFORE THE FIRST SNOW SOME SPOTS LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NOT BEEN TREATED. WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE & HAD BEEN PLEASE WITH THE JOB.. WAS DISAPPOINTED THIS TIME

we do not edge the grass we just trim it away from the driveway so we can seal the edges of the driveway good. We do not clean oil we treat it with a poly oil seal which hardens the asphalt so the oil doesnt cause a hole in the asphalt, since oil wears away at the asphalt. If you had called we would of came back and treated them again and checked the seal. Its possible it rained that night and washed off. This is the first we are hearing about this issue. If you call us in the spring we will be happy to come out and take care of any issues you have. Anytime you have a problem we try and take care of it within 48 hours or the next time we are in your area. I am sorry you are not happy with the job but i will make sure we correct the issue if you call us in April when we start up. In the snow we can't really do much or see much. thank you Tina Baughman

If you call the office in the spring we can come out and treat them again. Sometimes if the oil is bad they bleed through and need a second treatment. If that happens again you can call the office right away and we can treat them again usually a week after the sealcoat. thank you Tina

Description of Work: Driveway sealing. The only thing they didn't do that I asked was to seal the cracks in the driveway. I suspect that the cracks might have been too large but it would have been nice to know for sure. Regardless, I wasn't charged so it's a very minor thing.

Magic Seal did the work of sealing our driveway in a short time. They showed up as scheduled and did a good, professional job. Their price was about the lowest we could find and they took extra care to make sure that they did a clean job.

Magic Seal came in the rain to do the job, so it splashed up on the house and garage. I was happy with how the driveway looked, but very upset about the house and garage. They are paying to have the siding replaced .
