The work was done expeditiously and the results were excellent, with no splashes of sealer on to our brick sidewalk. First rate job.

New to the area, had no idea about blacktop sealing. Called them in the fall. They didn't call back. Called them again. The person on the phone laughed and couldn't believe we were trying to get them out so late in the year. Asked for a supervisor who told me "We have enough customers". Yeah. I guess they do. Found someone else who came out the day after we called and did a great job.

The work went well. They are on time and are in and out quickly. They are never short handed.

I have used Baughman's magic seal twice. The first time because they left a flyer with a price estimate. I was satisfied but when it came time to seal it again, I ended up with a flyer from Empire State Sealers who jerked me around for weeks. Now realizing my mistake I called magic seal and they were able to do the work the following week for a better price. They do a good job, they are punctual, and the price is fair. What more can you ask for?

They gave me an over the phone estimate, which matched the final bill, and was about 30% less than the estimate from another company. Told me the work date, which was also accurate.

Tried to have this company come out for a quote. Because I had a hole to patch in the driveway I needed sealed, they told my to call their subcontractor too. I left requests for quotes with both Baughman's and their "patching" subcontractor, and never heard anything back from them. Blah.

It was what I needed, they were prompt I was happy and the price was reasonable.

We have a long driveway and they did a fabulous job.

They showed up on the day they said, and the sealing job appears to be exceptional.

Just fine! First date was rained out. Promptly rescheduled for following week. Actually performed the job after 7:00 pm as they were really behind due to a wet season. I actually never saw them as I was out all day. They left the invoice in my screen door and left.

Baughman's Magic Seal came on time and were very reasonably priced. I think that the work looks great so far. They treated us very well and professionally.

The lady that answered the phone was rude. She told me that my address did not exist in their system. She I asked where I was located, Brockport, and said they will not be out here this year. I will find someone else that wants the business.

That was above and beyond when they called to say they'd come and do it over. They also sealed the cracks for just a little more.

The 3 guys worked very quickly! They finished in under ten minutes. They did a good job.

I called on Monday and they scheduled the job for the following Saturday. They had our driveway in their database, so they were able to give me a quote immediately. They came on Saturday and did the work quickly and neatly. We had already filled in some large cracks, but there were some small cracks that might have benefited from some extra sealant and that was not done. However, we also didn't request that specifically.

Baughman's did an excellent job. They performed the work on the day we had scheduled and the quality was what I expected. Their price was reasonable for the large circular driveway. I have used them before and will continue to do so.

They arrived within specified time frame and were pleasant to deal with. They worked neatly but quickly, obviously well-trained or very experienced. My only complaint is that the scheduler in the office was not very flexible about scheduling the work. She was not cooperative and almost rude.

The company asked for the driveway to be cleared by 8 am. They arrived at 9 am and finished quickly. The only part of the job that was a little difficult was getting the company to answer their phone to schedule the work.

The job was done when scheduled. Did not meet the crew because I was not home. Reasonable priced.

Baughman Magic Seal had four men, and they were well equipped for the job. They came at the time they said they would and did what they said they would. They came to the door when they were done and I paid them. They were very polite and neat in their work.

Magic Seal was very professional and courteous. They worked good together. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them to others.

Magic Seal does great work and are very professional. We did have a little issue after work was done and after calling them up they came out the same day to fix the problem. Very honest and hardworking staff.

My overall experience with Magic Seal is satisfactory. They show up and do a decent job. I found them to be very professional as well as timely.

Magic Seal is good for the money. You need to do the prep work yourself on the driveway though. If you have ANYTHING in your driveway they will go right over it!

Magic Seal did the work of sealing our driveway in a short time. They showed up as scheduled and did a good, professional job. Their price was about the lowest we could find and they took extra care to make sure that they did a clean job.
