I apologize that no one was able to take your call on the date you called in. We called you back this year to see what your needs were, and you said you were unhappy with the seal from 2011. I asked if you called us to talk about the problem and you said no. Then you told me you were all set for this year and already had the work done. I am just perplexed at such a negative review. I would love to help you solve any issues you have, I unfortunately still do not know what they are.

Description of Work: Nothing contacted them 6 weeks ago to seal my driveway. It is still not done. Keep getting calls all voice automated saying canceling due to weather. Really ? Weather where? Each time they reschedule it's two weeks out. Should it really take six weeks to get a driveway sealed ?

Sorry to hear you are disappointed in our service. We have had one of the worst summers on record for rain so far this year. Every week it has rained at least once. Every time it rains we are forced to reschedule between 150 and 175 individuals. We are aware that you have been rescheduled several times. The automated call you get comes from our dialer. You are always more than welcome to call us if you feel you have an issue. You have yet to contact us once asking for a change in date, or to disclose your concern with our scheduling process. On a side note, the comment you left about "weather, where?" I am confused by this. We have had more rainy days this year than we have had in the past 10 years in upstate NY. We have moved appointments for a few thousand people so far this season. I apologize but we are unable to seal in the rain. The sealer will wash off the driveway and has the possibility of splashing on your house and garage. I see that you also would not want to hire us in the future. You are still on our schedule to be sealed. You have not called in to cancel this appointment. I will take this review as your cancellation. If there is anything else we can do for you in the future, please let us know. Thanks and have a great day.

Description of Work: I called in March and was told I would. be out on a list to call snd schedule when weather dried out. They never called and I called again when I saw that my neighbor's driveway was being done (by MagicSeal). We scheduled an appointment but they did not show because of rain, I guess. I left a message to reschedule that was not returned. Someone arrived at my house three days later to do the work. I had extra cars in the driveway due to an event so could not have the work done. The worker was pleasant and apologetic but also informed me with the amount of large cracks the driveway had it would be quite a bit more money and could end up looking like a gooey mess. I appreciated his honesty but did inform the company of this specific need with the cracks on my attempts to schedule the work. This company seams to be about quantity service - get on their list for annual sealing and it will probably go smoothly. It didn't work out for us but my neighbor is happy with his driveway...

I am sorry that your driveway was rescheduled due to rain, it has rained a lot and we have had to reschedule. As far as the crack filler we use a hot crackfiller that should be used only on major cracks, its meant to help preserve the driveway not repair it. This driveway was way beyond crack filling and we were trying to save you money and be honest, we could of did some of the cracks and charged you but we like to be upfront and honest to help our customers get the most for their dollar thank you Tina Baughman
