Description of Work: I used Integrity Home Systems for computer repairs.

Description of Work: Jim came out and did a fantastic job of hooking up our internet to our tv, blu ray player, dish, etc and basically brought our family up to date with regard to audio/video services. We had a mess of overlapping iTunes accounts, had problems with the computer files being fragmented, didn't know all that our iPad could do, etc. He came in, brought us up to date, sorted out ALL of our computer and internet/iPod related issues. It is like a new beginning for a family who is not tech savvy and who badly needed updating. We could not figure out iPad updates and he helped with all of that, in addition to helping us learn a few new tricks that you can do with iPad. We are very picky about work ethic as we have had our share of poor performing contractors, therefore we were wary. He was punctual, cleaned everything up when he was done, explained all the updates to us, tested each one to be sure all printers were working, internet working properly, etc. He didn't even take a break during the two days of working on our job. Not once did he pass judgement on our outdated equipment or our inability to understand so many tech things that were easy for him to do. I highly recommend this business if you want all your tech toys streamlined, your computer cleaned up, your tv to give you the best possible performance with blu ray, etc. He was extremely patient with our questions and our lack of IT knowledge, so it was comfortable to ask any question you needed to. He has given us fast computer response, eliminated all Netflix "retrieving" issues, and just made life a lot nicer. My teens could not be happier, it is like a fresh start. Highly recommend, you will be impressed.
