We used Gilman to replace the wax seal on the one piece toilet we have. Brian called when on the way to give us a heads-up, did the deed very well, shared insights on some related plumbing questions we had, and did a good job cleaning up afterwards. Price was fair and no surprises.

Brian was prompt and detailed with communicating every aspect my job entailed. There were no hidden fees and I paid just what I was quoted for. He even took extra care by putting on and removing shoe booties each time he entered and left my home in a effort to limit tracking in elements of the snow storm that just hit our region. He kept his work area clean and updated me on the jobs progression. The final product was flawless and completed in a more then reasonable timeframe with minimal impact on the home (time the water was required to be off). I have already enlisted his services for other plumbing needs in my home.

Brian was very knowledgeable, on-time, and very good at communicating with us. He called 1/2 hr. before our scheduled appointment to say he was on the way and confirm that WE were ready. Job was done as promised and done right. Best of all, he was clean. Before he came into the house he put booties over his boots. Cleaned up the area he was working in better than it was before he started work. Hire Brian! You will not be disappointed.

Brian the owner is prompt in response time and being at my house when promised. My water heater went Thursday evening. He got back to me within minutes.He had a new one installed by 1 Friday. Fair price and good work. I highly recommend him.
