Jeff arrived ahead of schedule after calling ahead to see if that was OK. The carpets look great. He pretreated the problem areas, cleaned the carpets, and raked afterward to avoid marks. He also raises any furniture left in the rooms on small foam blocks during the drying process to protect the wood. He donned foot covers going in the house to protects the cleaned areas.

I always look forward to when Jeff cleans those carpets as he does an outstanding job. They smell and look great. It's hard to believe that they can look so brand new after how yucky my family and furbabies make them. He has applies extra cleaning products to those trouble areas. He also educates us carpet owners about the cleaning process and how to maintain the cleaned carpets. The usual charge ranges from $150 to $175 depending on the furniture he has to move and replace after the shampooing process. That charge is for a hallway, stairs, large living room, and dining room, so it's a very fair price for the work he does.

It was fantastic and I was impressed with his equipment. His truck and tools were spotless and he keeps them that way. He told me he gets new equipment every so often and he did a fantastic job when he was here. He moved the furniture and explained everything that he was doing. The technician used a carpet rake and I was appreciative of him doing that. I found him from my carpet installer and he is a one-man operation. I thought the guy was very good, professional, knowledgeable and easy going.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of work. When he came to the house he found some spots that the old homeowner had allowed a dog to urinate. He concentrated on these areas and did a great job. We have 3 dogs of our own and have not had a problem with marking of the carpet with the dogs. We will definitely use him again in the future.

I was more than satisfied. I have used Executive Carpet Cleaning a few times before and never had any complaints. They were here on time, didn't take too long, did great work, and the price wasn't bad. I would recommend them to anyone.
