ARA Masonry

We love our stamped concrete patio. This patio is a big improvement over the soggy grassy area that had been there before. We couldn't use the space much except in the summer because it was so soggy and now we enjoy the space almost all year long. We called Adam based on a recommendation from our neighbor and he came out to give us an estimate. I enjoyed working with Adam and he gave us a solid recommendation on the material to use for the patio and the final size that we ended up getting installed. We originally asked him to estimate for a shorter patio but after listening to what we thought we'd use the patio for, he suggested the wider patio. I'm happy with the larger size and we certainly use it all. The patio install went well and we were happy with the end result. Adam and his crew worked hard and were very professional. When the job was done, he cleaned up the site, sealed the patio, and took some time to explain future maintenance. Adam also gave us some suggestions for future sidewalk and front porch cement work and we'll definitely call him in the future when we're ready to do that.

Was honest about work to be done and did not recommend fixing. He took the time to stop by and give us his opinion even though he knew he would not likely have time this year to perform the job. Would highly recommend him and call him if we decide to do masonry work.

The stairs look beautiful and were exactly what I had wanted. The only complaint about the stairs is that the treads feel a little short when walking down the stairs. There were delays (as with all contractors) because he ran out of the exact brick to match the existing house brick.

Adam with ARA Masonry was a pleasure to do business with. He and the company were professional from start to finish, and as a Property Management company and Real State Brokerage we will definately being using their services for future jobs! This was a 14 X 14 poured concrete slab porch on the back of a duplex that ARA removed for one of our Rental Properties. They arrived on time, were efficient in the deconstruction and removal of the porch, as well as making sure that they cleaned up when they were finished. Adam came out to meet me and quote on a garage slab project. I ultimately ended up choosing a different contractor, but Adam was professional, on time, and addressed my concerns. He quickly put together a formal proposal and was quick to reply via email/phone to any questions I had. His pricing was very good and scheduling was accommodating. I will definitely consider him for any future projects.

Adam (owner) is very easy to work with. Adam answers the phone when you call or replies to voice mail in a timely manner. With so much rain in the spring and early summer, it backed his schedule up.. which we understood. He gave us a general time frame he was working with and called about one week prior to let us know what he was thinking. Adam and his employees were punctual, hard workers and also pleasant to work with. We have recommended them to a few people looking for cement work.

The price he quoted was a little higher than other quotes but the work that he was going to do was more extensive. He called me often to update me on when he was going to be working. If there were changes that needed to be made he explained all of the options and why it was necessary. The quality of work was excellent and done when he said it would be. Both my wife and I were/are very pleased with the work that was done. We will recommend him highly to friends and family.

Adam's work ethic and capability are noteworthy. The work was executed as stated in contract, on time, and on budget. They finished in a timely fashion, and cleaned up everything after completion. I am quite pleased with this job, and in fact, I will be hiring Adam this coming spring to re-do our garage floor. Could not be happier.

He did everything he said he would do and when he said he would do it. His work was excellent. Who knew a new garage floor could be such a wonderful thing but it is. Of course it will take time to see if the floor performs as well as I think it will. I plan to have him do more work for me this spring.
