+ -1 moreI'm selling my house, and had to have someone come and inspect/clean my furnace and air conditioning systems. Now this was no big deal I know. I called for service, and the person who answered offered to come out that afternoon, but I wasn't prepared to leave work. So he asked me what day and time I had in mind, and when I told him he agreed to come out at that time. Overall, I was struck by the professionalism and courtesy. The man who arrived said that he and his brother own the company. He was 10 minutes early, so I opened the door for him so he wouldn't have to wait in his van. He was friendly, but went about his work methodically, testing the furnace, attached humidifier, thermostat, and the air components. He finished in an hour, and I know it was money well spent because he spent the whole time doing his job in a no-nonsense manner. Will definitely call again.
Description of Work: Cleaned and inspected furnace. Inspected April Aire humidifier attached to furnace. Inspected air conditioning unit. Operated thermostat to check running units, replaced battery.
