Description of Work: Our couch was vacuumed and shampooed. They spent a good deal of time working on stains.

Description of Work: They came and gave me an estimate on doing three rooms of carpet cleaning. They were to be here at 11:00am. At 10:15 they called and said they would be about 15 minutes late, would that still be ok. I found this very admirable! They gave me the estimate, told me what they would do. I was very pleased with the estimate, so we set a date and time. On the day they were do do the cleaning they called once again to say that they had a cancellation that morning and would it be ok to come two hours earlier. I said it was fine. Once they got here they took every precaution to make sure I fully understood how they were going to perform the work. They explained what they were doing as they went along and within two hours they had completed the job and were packing up. I have used Stanley Steemer twice before and were not satisfied. This is a family owned and operated business and their biggest concern is customer satisfaction. I more than highly recommend them.
