ROCKLAND M & M MOVING

They arrived 2 1/2 hrs late and it was downhill from there. The foreman explained they would pack all the boxes first then furniture and he assured me they were professional and knew what they were doing. He disappeared and they were left on their own. They were just walking around the house grabbing items randomly and putting them in the truck. I had to keep running around watching what they were doing. I was very uneasy with the whole situation. They took a lunch break!! Asked for beer!! I even saw 1 guy taking a nap in the truck!! Needless to say they went beyond the time I was told they would complete the job. Which had repercussions at the closing I needed to get too!! They had my belongings overnight and the delivery the next day was just as chaotic. They just put boxes and things anywhere regardless of how I had labelled and color coded things. During unpacking It took me weeks to find things - for example I found a box of canned food under several boxes in my bedroom closet!!! I won't even get into the things they broke! They did not complete the job - they couldn't FIT my clothes into the truck. They sent a truck that was not the right size. I had to rent a van & come back the next day to get my clothes and all the other items they left behind. They made a difficult situation even more stressful and frustrating. Save yourself....time, frustration & money..... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have not had much experience with moving companies but this company was great to work with. They were organized and they had plenty of people to help do the move. They did everything just right. We had nothing broken or stolen either. They seemed to be very professional. They obviously knew what they were doing. They stuck to their agenda and routine and I had not a complaint about them at all.
