I hired them based upon reviews that were several years old. I was charged for unnecessary work. Every visit had another urgent repair that wasn't urgent before. I just found a bunch of tools missing. If you use them go to the basement to 'check the work done' before you let them leave. It is too late to call them on it but no other people have been in my basement. There are better companies out there. (Design Air/Gold Medal/Waterworks are the names that Design Air has)

It required another visit in the morning to finalize and they called me first thing in the morning to schedule and finish the job. Perfect. Mick has been our service technician and has been servicing our pellet stove for a few years. He is very neat and always does a thorough job. Design Air also services our heating and air conditioning and we are also very satisfied with the service.

I had a very bad experience with them. They pulled a bait and switch. They were trying to sell me a new furnace. I said I'd rather replace the motor and take my chance but they were trying to push me to get a new furnace.

I was very happy with this service. I went online and was met with a rep for livechat who took my information Sunday night at 10:00 pm. On Monday, I was called first thing and an appointment was made for Tuesday morning. Kevin showed up on time. He was professional and was able to quickly diagnose my issue, which was minor. He corrected the problem and stayed to ensure it was addressed. He recommended some other services but did not push me towards them. He was great. I would recommend them again.
