Being small business owners ourselves, we are extremely disappointed with this company. We left a message, and the owner called my husband and scheduled the appointment for a Monday, a week later. No one showed all day. We waited, and never heard from them, so we called back (the next Monday) and left a message. We never heard anything back from the company. The owner had our phone numbers, emails, etc. The owner originally had told us he was very busy since a local home show, but could take the job. We had chosen Perfect Exteriors for their supposed customer service. This poor treatment has also delayed our repair efforts by several weeks at least, since we have had to search for another service and then wait until they could come. Thanks for making an already stressful event even worse.

Initial job went very well. Owner and daughter came out and greeted me. Big fan of family run businesses. Crew came out bright and early ready to work. Completed the job in a fairly decent time. Replaced the last 5-6 rows of roofing just above the gutter (which cost $1,200) Cleaned up everything, received payment and left. Next rain storm, same issue...roof leaking. Called them and they came out the next morning. Another inspection completed on the roof and it was determined that the sky lights and chimneys was causing the leak. Was curious as to why this was not noticed before since skylights and chimneys are common causes of roof leaks. Roof was repaired again and all has been okay but I'm feeling jilted since unnecessary work was completed on the roof the first time. Loved the father and daughter team but hesitant on rehiring. I acquired services from Ed Drake owner of Perfect Exteriors for New windows and siding. Prior to contracting Ed, he sat with me and explained his products in details with expected transitions that will occur. Ed gave me ample time to make a decision without pressure. No more to be said Ed was hired. Seven months later I am very pleased with the results and gratified that I made an accurate decision because my home looks beautiful. Perfect Exterior provided exceptional service, the employees were committed and trustworthy professionals who are definitely a great representation of the business. I absolutely recommend Perfect Exteriors. I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Met Ed Drake owner of Perfect Exteriors @ the OC home show, liked him from the get go, he was down too earth ,honest and very knowledgeable. But of course we had too get other estimates. with that said we went with Perfect Exteriors! From the 1st day work started we knew we made the right decision! Eddie was available for an estimate within a day or 2 of calling him for help. We didn't tell him, but a previous "handyman" told us we would require a new roof on the back portion of our house to fix the leak, and had quoted us anywhere between $7K and $10K depending on the quality of roof we chose. Eddie came and looked and said he didn't think we needed a new roof, but that it seemed to be a problem with the gutters. He suggested fixing/replacing them, and he was confident that would solve our issue. He could easily have told us we needed a new roof and made thousands. Instead, he was honest, and saved us a LOT of money. He showed up exactly when he said, and the project went exactly as he had said it would. During the time between our estimate and when the work started, Eddie also made himself available for questions, and responded very promptly to the couple of emails I sent. When it came time to start, they were on time, worked efficiently, and they cleaned up everything before leaving. We were so grateful for Eddie's professionalism, knowledge, and honesty, and would be happy to do business with him again, and recommend him to others! Thank you for saving these two new homeowners thousands of dollars!!!

Eddie Drake at Perfect Exteriors arrived when he said he would, gave me an estimate, and supervised performance of the work, which was done well and promptly--the job took less than a week.

Took a bit longer than they estimated to start but the weather was not completely cooperative. Did the job quickly and neatly. Workers were impressive and owners were available. The job seemed expensive but I didn't comparative shop so I can't say what the cost should have been. It may well have been right on. I am satisfied.

Everyone was professional and great. They showed up on time and were courteous and neat. The job was well done - beginning to end (including an excellent consultation. You wouldn't know they were here, except for the 5 brand new windows expertly installed. Thanks so much!

Eddie was great from the beginning to the end. We wanted to add an extension to our existing deck that would go out to an above ground pool that was installed last summer. We priced out and interviewed four different contractors and he was the only that really listened to our want's and helped us understand what needed to be done. We hired him and he took care of all the town paperwork and meeting with the inspector, which made the project much more complex. Our deck was built over 25 years ago and codes changed over that time, so before he moved forward he laid out everything and gave us different options that we could go with. We chose to do a complete rip down and rebuild of the deck and we did not regret it. His workers were there on time and everyday he said they would be, communicated with us throughout the whole building process, addressed all concerns we had in a timely manner and was a real pleasure to deal with. For anyone reading this review and is looking for a carpenter I would suggest that meet with Perfect Exteriors (Eddie) and speak to him before you decide to move forward with your project.

Eddie was very professional from the beginning to the end. The worker was very punctual and efficient. The work is quality. We are very pleased and would recommend this company to any one.

From the start, he was professional checking throughout the day on his men, speaking about how the project was going. They showed when the said they would and he offered suggestions. I have gotten so many compliments on how great the house looks, even when outside, people would drive by and say how wonderful it looks. I cannot recommend Perfect Exteriors enough. It was a great experience.

Overall, very good quality work and I have been very satisfied with this company. Eddie is very knowledgeable in his field of exteriors/windows/doors. I have had several jobs by his company. Each more involved than the next as I had increasing confidence in his work with each project. As with any larger project there are always a few hiccups along the way. Eddie was very fair and any problems were equitably resolved. He has integrity that is hard to find in the construction business. Cant say enough about his "right hand man" Luis who has a great work ethic and does very nice finish work

I met the owner, Eddie Drake, at a home show in Poughkeepsie, NY in April of 2014. My wife and I had gone to the home show specifically to find a contractor to complete the exterior siding on our home which was in terrible shape. Of the 4 contractors that I spoke with, Eddie was the most professional and attentive. Since my wife and I had never even contacted a home improvement contractor previously we were very nervous. We explained to Eddie that we were very unfamiliar and scared with the process and immediately he acknowledged this and was very understanding. The other home improvement contractors at the show seemed very standoffish and arrogant. They only appeared interested in doing extremely big jobs and seemed frustrated by my questions. This was the complete opposite of Perfect Exteriors and Eddie Drake. Immediately we felt comfortable with Eddie and decided to make an appointment. We met Eddie on a Sunday and he was at our home the following Friday and even agreed to meet us after hours so I would not have to take off time from work. When he arrived he spent a good deal of time inspecting the exterior of our home all along taking notes and explaining everything as he went along. He spent nearly two hours at our house explaining the process, the materials, the costs, etc and was extremely thorough and very detailed. The explanations were in lamens terms and Eddie was not the typical pushy salesman trying to sell us his most expensive product. We had met other home improvement contractors and honestly no one came close to the level of professionalism and honesty we experienced from Eddie and Perfect Exteriors. After Eddie had given us his quote we had decided to look for financing. My wife and I had experienced some financial hardships in the past and unfortunately we were unable to get financing. We were devastated and immediately called Eddie to tell him the bad news. To our surprise, Eddie told us not to worry and he would work extremely hard and make sure we got the financing. I was skeptical and went out on my own again looking for financing even willing to take a pay day loan so we could get the siding completed, but was still unsuccessful. After almost giving up, I received a phone call from lender who specialized in home improvement financing for people with not so perfect credit. The person I spoke with had indicated that Eddie Drake had referred us to him. After speaking with him for a few minutes I was relieved to hear that my wife and I would qualify for the loan! I immediately called Eddie to tell him the good news and once my wife and I received the approval we went ahead and signed the contract. A few weeks later, Eddie had called me to tell me they would begin installation of the siding. My wife and I were even more impressed once the work began. Eddie came over with his team, who were just as professional and pleasant as he was. They worked with the utmost care and were punctual and extremely neat and even worked on Saturdays. Eddie came by almost every day to inspect the work that was being done and to make sure we were happy and also to answer any questions we had. During the process my wife and I decided that we wanted new front windows as well. We were reluctant to ask Eddie since he had almost completed the siding at this point and knew how buys he was. He came over measured the windows and told us he would order them and as soon as they came in he would install them. Since now they had to come inside our house, my wife and I were nervous about the mess. However, once again, Eddie and his team impressed us. They treated our home as if it was their own and although they were in and out of the house all day, they did not leave ANY mess for my wife and I to clean up and of course the outside of our home was spotless as well. The work on our home was completed on August 9th 2014 and my wife and I could not be more please with Perfect Exteriors and Eddie Drake. We constantly are getting compliments and honestly believe we have the best looking house in the neighborhood. When people ask, we always tell them to call Perfect Exteriors and Eddie Drake. Scheduling was fine and it took a phone call. He was done in a day. He’s a nice guy and does a good job. I would hire him again.

It was excellent and couldn’t have gone any better. Scheduling was extremely easy. They came when they said they would, talked us through the procedure and was extremely professional. Their cleanup was also excellent. I would definitely use them again.

We have had water coming inside all 3 dormer windows in the front of our house during and after winter snow which we thought it due to the old roof since our windows were already replaced. After installing a new roof a year ago, we found that water was still getting in as snow melted. Contacted Perfect Exteriors and they assessed the issue was poor protection under the siding of these dormers. Ed Drake (owner) came to do the assessment and estimate. Work began a week later by two of his amazing workers, Dan & Shane, who were not only courteous and professional...but also meticulous to detail. I was home the two days that they worked on the outside of our house and noticed their attention to detail. Corners and joints were extremely precise and installed with great care. I could not have been more pleased with their work. I treated them both to lunch both days and found them to be genuinely nice guys. Our first snow storm on 11/26/14 here in the northeast came and went without so much as a drop of water getting inside. I would not only recommend them, but would also use them again.

We decided to go with Eddie and Perfect Exteriors because we liked how thoroughly he explained our options. He brought samples, went over all the options and spoke in terms we could understand. We did receive a cheaper estimate from another company, but they did not offer us any variety of doors or windows to choose from, and also didn't take the time to explain what we were buying the way Eddie did. We wound up going with a slightly pricier fiberglass sliding door as opposed to a standard vinyl door and we are very happy with the choice. We also had two very old and inefficient windows replaced in the same room. The guys got the job done fast, cleaned up after themselves, and Eddie came by later to check on all the work. Great experience, and the new windows and door have already made a huge difference in what used to be a very cold and drafty living room. Once we're ready to replace the rest of our old windows, we'll definitely be calling Perfect Exteriors again.

From the timely and highly professional estimate to the clean up of the last shingle, Eddie Drake and his crew did a fantastic job. Eddie came to the house and was very approachable about his recommendations for the materials under the shingling, the shingling quality and the itemized estimate for the job to be completed. He was open about the backlog of work he had on his schedule and the estimated date to begin the work on my roof. His calendar estimate was right on. When ready to schedule he was flexible to meet my plans at the end of the summer. On the start date, Eddie and his crew were at my home at 7:30AM - sharp. They unloaded materials and got to work. His roofing crew is first class. They worked steadily, despite the hot sun, all day. The job was completed, including ALL THE CLEAN-UP by the end of the day. Eddie came back to inspect the final product and to be sure I was pleased with the roof and workmanship. Perfect Exteriors did a perfect job!!

Ed and his guys did a PHENOMENAL job. They arrived the day they planned (which was only about a month after our first consultation) and they did each job beautifully for a very reasonable price. They also worked very quickly and did all of our work in 1.5 days. Could not recommend them enough!
