Eddie and team were great— punctual and with good communication (when schedule change might be needed due to weather). They did a great job and left things tidy. When we thought we had a leak shortly after, Eddie came right out to check thoroughly, but it turned out to be a plumbing issue inside. Would hire them again! It’s great to work with an upstanding family business.

Went very well. On time, and extremely communicative. Gave me his cell phone to reach him better and responded to all texts and calls. The whole job lasted just about a week between the siding and windows and was less than was predicted. His team showed up in the rain and were very dedicated and skilled. Even with a few oversights in the end, Eddie remedied very quickly and responsibly. I have had experience in my lifetime with contractors that were very poor in communication and skill, Eddie and Perfect Exteriors renewed my faith in hiring contractors. There is no doubt I would hire them again. Glad I picked Eddie and his team, I had other choices too....

It went extremely well except for the rain. Mr. Drake and team were very professional and worked very **** ** this project. We love the results wish we did it sooner. It was great knowing we could trust him and when he said something he meant it. Thank you Mr.Drake!!!!

We were blown away by the quality of the work performed on the house. Ed and his crew went above and beyond. They took our vision and made it better than we could have imagined. They are extremely professional and exceeded our expectations. They were tidy and meticulous. I wish we had more jobs for them to do. We will without a doubt use them in the future and have recommended them to all our friends and family. After they were done siding the house, we wanted to hug it. It was just beautiful. We still stare at it in awe. If anyone is looking to have any exterior work done on your home do not hesitate to reach out to Ed and Perfect Exteriors. It was the best decision we made. Can not thank them enough for all their hard work.

Eddie was very responsive and flexible throughout the process. Willing to come out on a weekend to give a quote. Day of crew of 7 showed up, they worked quickly and efficiently. There was some unexpected damage to the roof structure, but they were able to be flexible and responsive and get material and still finish the job the same day. Work looks great, I look forward to working with them in the future.

They did an excellent job. Very professional. Ed was the only contractor who contacted me immediately and got the job done the following week. Price was fair and clean up went well. Will definitely call again to have new windows installed.

Best experience. Did it al by phone and email. Answered phone every time I called. Very nice and personably. Did everything promised and on time. Cleaned up everything. Finally got to meet when I handed Ed a check for a job well done. I can not say enough. Very happy.

Eddie from Perfect Exteriors went over every option when he came out to look at our house, and asked me the most important question - What was our expectation of the work. He made sure everything we wanted was included. They showed up on time and every day before leaving cleaned up any material. They finished both buildings with in a week and when we did have one item of concern Eddie made sure it was taken care of and we were happy with the results. Not only would we recommend them, we have already asked him to look at doing some more work for us.

They replaced the wood and shingles. It was completed in a timely manner. Work was superior. I still have people stopping over ask who replaced the roof. They cleaned up when the job was completed and were careful with my landscaping.

Replacing roof on our 1800 sq ft ranch was completed as scheduled and to our great satisfaction in a few days. Second part of project, the pitching of the flat roof and relaxing of water-damaged interior of closed heated porch was complicated. Eddie works with a great architect who did plans for the roof for submittal to building dept. for permit. Eddie worked diligently to meet the requirements of the building dept in working on this enclosed porch. There were some challenges along the way, but Eddie Was responsive and followed through. His crew was very respectful of our property, trustworthy and always kept the work site clean.

Ed and his crew did an excellent job. Since we needed plywood decking and new skylights installed along with dealing with vinyl sided dormers the job required more than just laying down shingles. The decking was properly installed with the necessary gapping and the dormer siding was carefully removed to allow the installation of step flashing and replaced. In all, a quality non-rushed job was performed.

Received an estimate in the late summer and decided to go with it in November. They weren't the least expensive but the appraisal visit and the actual bid were impressive. There was no playing around with "well, prices have gone up, so the estimate needs to change" - the quoted price was the same a couple of months later. There was a bit of a wait for the work to start which is probably a good sign - they were booked up. The job came in as expected and Ed's crew was friendly, polite, and most importantly, skilled. They did repairs that weren't in the contract (damaged window frames and additional interior trim) without extra charges. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ed/Perfect Exteriors to anyone!

Work performed was excellent. All aspects of job performed on a very professional level. Everything was explained up front and detailed estimate provided. Owner operator was extensively involved from begining to end. Roofing crew was very efficient and really worked as a TEAM. Quality of work was outstanding and the results show. Cleanup of the project was impeccable, like they were never here.
