Prefect Exteriors did an outstanding job siding my house. The job consisted of tearing off the existing siding, installing new siding, gutters and shutters and wrapping all trim and soffits. Ed did everything that he said he would do when I got the estimate and finalized the project. There were NO surprises when the job was completed. Final payment was exactly what was agreed upon. I received three other estimates, and Ed was the most informative when describing what he was going to do and the product he was going to install. He had 2-4 people working on the house over 9 nine days. His workers were very polite and neat. Each night they finished working, the yard was left very neat as well as at the end of the job. They were very considerate and careful of the landscaping around the house. I might add that they were some of the hardest working men I ever came across, especially during the extreme heat we were experiencing. Most importantly, was very impressed with the quality of work performed. They were meticulous in their workmanship. I highly recommend Perfect Exteriors.

Absolute professionals- and so reasonable, honest, and easy to work with as a bonus. We purchased a house that had been neglected for a long time. Ed met with us, walked through our concerns with us and made recommendations, even advised that there were some things on our wish list that we didn’t really need, but if we wanted them, he could accommodate us. He explained all of the materials available in a professional manner, gave us physical samples to choose from for the roof and siding, and took detailed measurements and photos. No pressure, no “sales pitch” - just honest and clear. Certifications and insurance were sent before the work began. All quotes were reasonable & detailed, clearly stating what was included - with prices for any extras - and then they went above & beyond making our home safe & beautiful. From the first day, through the project & to the very end they were amazing, and obviously take pride in their work. Fantastic communication every day. Every nuance of the house and grounds was considered and they brought it back to life, better than ever, and even added a few clever innovations we didn’t even think to ask for, at no extra cost. They did everything- even all the coordinations with the department of buildings, we didn’t have to worry about anything. There were no surprise expenses, every problem encountered (extremely rotted old roof/sheathing) was run by us for an Ok before they proceeded. This was the BEST experience we could have hoped for, especially considering how much work we asked them to do. Ed, Steve the project manager, the roofing, siding and deck crews made the transformation in what seemed like no time, kept us updated on every day of the work, and left our property immaculate when they were done. We are thrilled with our home, which received a new lease on life thanks to Perfect Exteriors!

Eddie and his team of professionals transformed my mint chocolate chip vinyl sided home into a beauty! Eddie was extremely knowledgeable with no pressure thoroughly explaining every aspect of the project. He was available for any questions at any time. The project was extremely well managed. Steve assured that materials were available and details taken care of. The products used were very high quality. The best thing I found that was most helpful was the manufacturer Royal Building Products offered a website where you could upload a picture of your house and try out their different colors of siding. The crew who installed were hard working, polite and outstanding craftsmen. They were respectful of the property and cleaned up every day. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. It met every expectation. It should be called Better Than Perfect Exteriors! You won’t be disappointed with this local business.

An amazing job. Everything was done so quickly and professional. Every night everything was cleaned up. The crew was fantastic. I would highly recommend Eddie, Sharon, Steve, Amber and his entire crew. Great pricing also.

Eddie Drake and his crew did an awesome job! I have found it rare that a contractor does everything they say they will do...and then more! Eddie communicated with us to keep us up to date on the start date, then started when they promised. He was in touch with us daily to check on the progress of the job and visited himself to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. The work crew was clean with the materials and very respectful. They took a lot of pride in their work. They told us each day which area of the house they planned on working so we were able to move our cars out of the garage to have access. The siding was exactly what we ordered and installed perfectly. Any little thing, and they were few, we saw was fixed the very next day. The project manager, Steve, was also there daily to check the work and make sure we were pleased. The workmanship was so good that we even added a new picture window to the job. That too, was installed in a timely manner, and again, cleanly and efficiently. Even after the job was completed, they came back and reinstalled a cable wire that I asked him to move - the next day. They even replaced some screens, that were old, and to be sure they all matched, they replaced all of them in that area of the house at no additional charge. When everything was finished, you would never know anyone was there, with the exception of a perfect exterior! (The perfect company name!) It was a pleasure to work with Eddie and his team. Many positive comments about the finished product. I would highly recommend.

The process from start to finish went perfectly. The work done was flawless and the job was done within the established turnaround time. The owner, Ed Drake was great to work with. Any questions or concerns we had during the process were addressed in a thorough and timely manner.

The night negotiations broke down with our original contractor, I messaged Perfect Exteriors via the Angies List app. Eddie responded and came the next morning. He gave me an estimate and said he'd use some of the materials the previous contractor had us buy. He squeezed us in 3 days later. The crew showed up on time and got the job done in one day. We were very happy with the work they did. They did a thorough cleanup.

Totally happy with the results. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Easy to work with. Friendly and professional. I will hie again.

THE NAME PERFECT EXTERIORS FITS PERFECTLY THE JOB THEY DID ,,, FROM THE ESTIMATE TO THE LAST DAY ON THE JOB MY WIFE AND I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED ,,, THEY STARTED THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND FINISHED THE DAY THEY SAID THEY WOULD EVEN WITH ME THROWING ON ADDITIONAL WORK I WANTED DONE WHICH WAS NOT IN THE CONTRACT ,THE OWNER PERSONALLY CHECKED THE JOB MORNING AND NIGHT AND CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE WORK ...I HAVE OWNED THE HOUSE FOR 35 YEARS AND WITHOUT A DOUBT THEY ARE THE BEST CONTRACTOR WE HAVE EVER HIRED !!!!!THEY GO OVER AND ABOVE WHAT THE NORMAL CONTRACTOR WOULD HAVE PROVIDED ,,,,

Eddie and his crew were amazing from the beginning to the end. Our initial meeting was very informative, honest and had no sales pressure. The project manager Steve was friendly and professional during the work while organizing and maintaining the promised schedule and quality. Once the work was complete we had a few questions. Eddie was quick to come back to discuss the with us. I highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Roofing work on addition of house and shed went well. Had 1 complaint with a hole in siding trim, but they fixed it after I caught it. I was annoyed when it came time to pay for the job. When Mr. Drake first came to give me an estimate for the job, I asked if he accepted all major credit cards, and was told "yes". But at the end, when I handed my credit card to Steve, the mgr., he called Ed Drake, and he then told me that there would be a 3% service charge for using a credit card. I was not told that at the beginning, and normally do not have that kind of money in my checking account. I was furious, but had to write a check. This doesn't seem right, legally or professionally. For this reason, I cannot recommend Perfect Exteriors to any one.

We had Perfect Exteriors reframe 2 porch windows and install new ones to change the design of our enclosed porch/breakfast nook area of our kitchen. The previous windows were basically unusable and were terrible with horrible drafts. The new windows are great, I can't wait to be able to open them and get air through the kitchen. The new windows added so much more light to the kitchen. It changes the whole look of the area. We are going to get the rest of our windows done in the next few weeks and we cannot wait to have Perfect Exteriors come back and install them. Ed, Steve and all of the guys at Perfect Exteriors are wonderful. I trust them completely so much and can't wait to see how the other windows look when they get installed. Our neighbors keep stopping us on a daily basis to tell us how great the house looks with the recent changes to the siding and windows.

We had insulated siding installed on our home and couldn't be more thrilled with how great it came out. The owner and manager were at my house daily and throughout the day to make sure everything was going smoothly. We have gotten a ton a complements from our neighbors on how great our home looks. We cannot wait to have our roof done in the near future so we can use them again.

Just completed vinyl vertical siding and window replacement and installation on our home. The quality and craftsmanship was very good, and the work was completed in budget. The president of the company, Eddy Drake, was hands-on throughout the project and made sure that we were satisfied as the work progressed. We had good communications before , and during the entire project. They were easy to work with. We are very satisfied with the results. These guys a good!

This is the second time we have used Eddie and his crew. Once again he exceeded our expectations. He spent the time with us to make sure we were happy, they came back to finish the details and even helped us with a unrelated project. We could not be happier with the results. Now we just need some warm weather so we can fully enjoy!

This company is extremely professional. Ed came right away to do estimate. He got back to us quickly with the estimate. He was able to do the job within a week as we want to put our house on the market soon. His manager Steve came and was extremely professional, dressed neat and introduced himself and gave me a card. His crew Milton, Luis and Johnnie then came and got right to work and worked steady throughout the day. Milton put cardboard on my rug per Ed's instructions. They were all neat, polite and professional they even greeted my noisy dogs.There was a little snafu with the color of the knobs. I called Ed he rendered the problem within half an hour. His manager brought the knobs and changed them. The door and storm door are very high quality I LOVE MY NEW DOOR .We would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Yes they did good job the first time we had this company back to replace our windows. The crew came on a Wednesday work in the cold weather temp was down in the 20's . Came back on Saturday do to temp below 0still cold but the work all day and couple of the windows were giving them a hard time. They were as pleasant and hard working as the first time. We will call them again. All 14 windows are done Thank You Perfect Exteriors

Went exceptional well. Was done within a couple days. The employees very courteous hard workers. Worked in the rain to get the job done. End of the day cleaned up so you could not tell you had any workers at your home.

This company is very impressive. Not only did they start when they said they would they actually finished ahead of schedule. They did an awesome job! They were quick, efficient and very professional. When each day was done they cleaned up never leaving the grounds a mess. It is refreshing to work with a contractor that really cares! Perfect Exteriors is the real deal! I highly recommend them!
