Eddie came out personally to inspect the job. He then sent his crew over to do the job and checked on them. His crew was amazing. They worked from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the blazing heat and got the job done in 3 days. They cleaned up every night before they left, i.e. put their ladders and equipment away and collected nails that were on the ground. They were very careful with the landscaping and outdoor furniture. The quality of their work is very good and our roof no longer leaks. Eddie is very personable and easy to work with.

Owner Eddie Drake is personable and easy to deal with. When he came to price out the roof replacement, he offered us phone numbers and addresses of several prior customers so we could check out his work. We phoned 3 or 4 people who all spoke highly of the work and the professionalism of his crew. We also visited three houses to look at their roofs. We felt totally comfortable giving him the go-ahead. We felt that his price was reasonable and competitive and substantially lower than another another bidder. After we saw the quality and efficiency of the roof work, we added the replacement of a garden window over our kitchen sink. Eddie, himself, does not do the labor, but his crew and its chief were very much on the ball. The roof job took two consecutive days. The crew worked hard and late into the evening to finish. Their work was neat on the roof and they cleaned up thoroughly each day, using a dumpster that was brought to the site. They took care not to injure shrubs and other plants around the house. A subcontractor who Eddie brought in did the leaders and gutters. His work also was good. The window replacement took one full day. This was a bit pricey because the window was custom-built to fit the space. Again, Eddie's workers were efficient and neat. I held off in filing this review until some months had passed, so we could see if there were any problems. There haven't been. Perfect Exteriors provided excellent service and made painless what could have been very disruptive work. We recommend them without hesitation.

The process went very well. We met Eddie at a Home Show and also shopped around. His price was reasonable and he provided references that we checked. We checked with other roofers and were not impressed, some low-balled the price by leaving things out and when you added the items in, they turned out to be higher. Others didn't even go up on the roof. Another plus was that we were thinking about getting the siding and deck done also. We thought that if the roof went well that we might contact him next year for the rest. After the roofing job was completed, we decided to have him do the deck and siding right away. Everything went well. He even took care of the building permit for the deck. The project was done well, on time and at the price that was quoted. I would recommend Perfect Exteriors to my friends and family without any reservations.

We met Eddie Drake the President of Perfect Exteriors at a local home show and he immediately impressed my wife and I with his knowledge and professionalism. We made an appointment with him to come to our home and discuss options for the replacement of all 18 windows in our home as well as the removal of the old cedar siding to be replaced with new vinyl siding. Our initial meeting was very informative. Eddie took the time to educate us on both the windows and siding. We felt that as we were going through this process we had a partner as opposed to someone trying to "sell" us on something. After signing the contract and starting the work Eddie and his team exceeded our every expectation. We had regular communication from the time the materials were ordered to the completion of the job. At no point were we ever wondering what was happening next. If we had any questions Eddie was a phone call away. If he did not answer the call was promptly returned. When the work started everything was kept clean, neat and orderly. The work that was performed at home was done with care. The installation of both the windows and the siding were done by people that take extreme pride the their work. To say that I am happy with Perfect Exteriors would be an understatement. We were so pleased with the work done that we are having two decks replaced as well, with no thought to having anyone else do the work. The combination of Eddie, his team, quality materials and the great work they do made this project at our home a great experience. We would highly recommend Perfect Exteriors to anyone.

After meeting with Ed, and after he looked at the job we wanted done gave us an estimate immediately.
