 + -1 moreDespite numerous attempts to contact Justin after he failed to contact us with an estimate on the date he promised, we never heard from him again. We texted twice, called twice, and even emailed him through his website and never heard back from him again.
Description of Work: Justin Martino came to perform an evaluation of a home renovation project we were looking to get started on this summer. He was courteous and presented himself in a generally professional manner. After we walked through the general particulars of the project he said he would contact us the following Tuesday with an estimate for the job.

 + 2 moreJustin and his assistant were here on the time we were told, on the date we were told to begin our roof replacement. I was extremely nervous because it seemed like things were going too simply, to put it simply. Everything was happening when it was expected to happen ( the crane truck with the shingles, the time it would take to tear the old shingles off, the time it would take to get the new ones on) and I was waiting, anxiously for the "bad news" The bad news is that we don't currently have any other projects for Justin and his team to do. They were phenomenal, fast, thorough, clean, polite and affordable. Our roof looks fantastic and we have 2 other neighbors that plan to hire Justin and his team in the next year to do their roof after they saw how easy our project was and how great it looks.
