Charley Foxx replaced an old pool liner with a new one that slipped the coping after a month. He had no professional way to fix the coping problem other than jamming dimes (like shims) into the liner's edge to hold the liner in place. The liner kept slipping the coping for the next two years until C.F. finally said he's not coming back anymore to shore up the liner. I now have a permanently slipped liner and I'm planning to fill in the pool cavity with dirt because I'm so disgusted.

This was in the Spring and he didn?t actually come out to do the work until September/October. He replaced the liner but there turned out to be another problem. The coping was also cracked and this was causing the liner to come out of line and the problem wasn?t fixed. He told me he could fix it at another time, but at an additional cost. The problem hasn't been fixed yet. I'm not going to deal with them again unless they come to me about fixing the job for good.
Description of Work: The insurance company asked him to do an estimate of what it would cost to fix the pool after a tree fell in it. He gave us an estimate on what it would cost to fix the liner.
