John is a pleasure to work with. Explains everything exceptionally well and with great confidence, works quickly and efficiently, and always let's us know what's happening. He even worked with our tough schedule, coming to help in phases and even last minute when we needed him. We're grateful to have found him!

John did an excellent job and didn't perform any unnecessary work. After inspecting the furnace initally, John found the oil pump wasn't functioning. After replacing the oil pump and starting the unit, there were some issues with the electrodes. Initially, the thought was new electrodes were needed (Which would have been ~$225 to replace). Upon further inspection he determined the nozzles were clogged and changed them out at no cost saving me a couple hundred dollars. He cleaned things up a bit and provided a few observations and recommendations on the unit for items that may need service in the future. This service was performed on my father's furnace (I live in another state), and it was so great to have such a trustworthy technician onsite to perform the job and keep me informed of the status as work was being done. Dolphin's service call fee was half of that of the competition (one of the main reasons for selecting them to inspect the furnace in the first place).

Job was performed with precision and accuracy and in a very timely manner. Very professional, courteous and honest Could easily tell that you could trust in John's knowledge and expertise. Job site was left extremely clean and free of debris. We were very pleased with the service and the outcome and would highly recommend. If you're looking for a plumbing and heating company that performs excellent, honest services at affordable pricing, look no further. We will definitely continue to use their services.

First of all it occurred at about 3 a.m. on a weekend morning, an icy winter night when no one in the house was awake until the sound of gushing filtered through from the floor below. I called John right after I shut off the main, but while the pipe was still pouring out of the hole in the ceiling the waterfall had made, luckily a kitchen floor and mostly bare. I wasn't really expecting to get anyone sooner than the next morning, but John was here right away, within the half hour, and I know he was at least 20 minutes away. He had the burst section out and replaced and the emergency over very quickly. Plus he did it with a minimum of disturbance getting to the pipe and during the repair so that after the water was cleaned up there was very little follow up ceiling repair to do. Under these conditions other plumbers could have easily charged into four figures and not batted and eye. To have gotten this kind of spot on service at that price left me feeling the kind of relief I sure didn't expect. But I know I haven't called any other plumber since, or plan to. Highly recommend.

John, the owner, arrived promptly and reviewed all the work I needed done. He explained my options clearly, suggested things that I hadn't thought of, and saved me money by telling me when a particular part of the work was unnecessary or could be done in another way. One of the faucet replacements was next to impossible because of the way the sink had been installed, but he found a way around the problem. He worked quickly and neatly; no need to clean up after this guy! All in all a friendly, responsible professional, who I have already scheduled to do some more work. Thanks, John!
