John showed up on a Saturday within an hour of our call. After at least an hour of looking at it, he ended up not having the parts available to fix the issue, so he recommended we call the manufacturer but didn't charge us for the visit since we'd have to go elsewhere, even though we were quoted a rate for a Saturday visit which we'd agreed to. Great guy!

Perfect from the beginning to the end. Everything that was going to be done was explained before the job started. Neat and organized fast and efficient they are my go to plumbers as long as I live here. Thank You!

John showed up right on time and got right to work. Very courteous and professional. I was afraid that since it had been a while since the boiler had been cleaned, it might cost a bit extra, but cost was just as estimated. Very happy with John's work.

I called Dolphin Plumbing at 10am the following morning after friends who offered to help fix my pipe bailed at the last minute. My call was answered by their service woman who was pleasant, asked my problem and then gave me an estimate on how soon someone could get to my home. She was upfront about the additional cost for an emergency call and said someone would be at my home by 2pm to diagnose and fix the problem. A plumber arrived by 1pm and the job was complete by 2:30pm. My iron pipe had rusted away, creating a huge hole. It was replaced with a brand new rust proof pipe. In total $300 from start to finish and that included the additional cost for an emergency call.

Excellent and courteous service, my water heater problem was solved in very short order and at very reasonable cost.

From start to finish I was very satisfied with my experience. I was able to schedule an appointment to have the work done soon. Jill, who handled the call was friendly and professional. John the plumber was cheerful and competent. Finally, the price for the work was very reasonable. They would be the first call I made if I had any additional work to be done. I can't recommend this company enough for your plumbing needs!

I was very impressed with Dolphin from the initial phone call to completion of the job. Jill called to tell me John ran into a snag at the job before mine and would be about an hour late. He and Marty (?, I'm terrible with names) actually arrived only 15 minutes late. They were professional and efficient, but entertaining at the same time. My faucets on my double vanity now match and my kitchen sinks look great. He asked questions so he would be able to give accurate quotes on the other jobs I asked about. The quotes were sent over in a couple days. Would definitely recommend Dolphin Plumbing!

John came to replace the water heater the same day we called. He was extremely friendly and personable and did an excellent job. He was also very informative.

My hot water heater started leaking over Memorial Day Weekend, first from the top, then from the bottom. On Tuesday I started calling plumbers. Everyone wanted to charge a fee to come out and a fee to diagnose, and most likely wouldn't of been able to come out that day. Then I called Dolphin Plumbing. Jill told me that John would definitely be able to get out there that day but it might not be until late afternoon. At 2:45 I got a call saying John would be at my home around 3, which was fantastic! After inspecting the water heater, it was determined I needed a brand new one (It was 15 years old, and leaking from the bottom). John then rearranged his schedule for Wednesday morning so he could get my water heater installed first thing. He said he would be there at 9am, and he pulled into my driveway exactly at 9am. The new hot water heater was completely installed in less than two hours, plus he fixed my washer machine inlets with brand new quarter turn valves and braided hoses! Overall John was very knowledgeable, informative, efficient, and cost effective. I've already recommended Dolphin Plumbing to to others and I will definitely be using them in the future.

Awesome!! Showed up earlier than expected (big plus), got the job done in less than 30 minutes and went above and beyond finding a matching piece of pipe to go with the shower head we had already purchased. Polite, respectful, accommodating and fast! No complaints at all, would definitely use again and would highly recommend their services.

John was an absolute pleasure do deal with, as was Jill. John worked hard to diagnose my drain backup issues and completed the job efficiently at a very reasonable cost. He and his assistant also replaced a faucet in one of my bathrooms that had a great deal of hard water deposit buildup - not an easy task! Again this job was completed to my great satisfaction. I will not hesitate to use this fabulous professional again and will recommend him wholeheartedly to everyone I know!

It went very well. About 5 months earlier I hired a Handyman through Angie's List to install a new sink (I was a recent first time home buyer). Then one night while washing dishes the P-trap end popped off the drain tail coming off the bottom of the sink. My son-in-law took a look and he could see the Handyman never installed a new washer and nut, and had just shoved the original P-trap up onto the drain tail. I didn't trust the Handyman to touch it again. I found Dolphin Plumbing and Heating on Angie's List and spoke with Jill. She was so nice and empathetic. She arranged to have John come the next day. John was right on time and got straight to work. He had to replace the drain in the basin, which the handyman didn't install correctly and he replaced all the plumbing from the P-trap all the way to the wall. He tested everything for leaks and reassured me that I could call if I had any more problems. And to top everything off, he charged me about $80 less than the handyman did. I found John to be very honest and fair with his pricing. I would recommend Dolphin to anyone who is looking for plumbing work.

It all went presumably well, they came out and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. However upon talking to other people it seems that they grossly overcharged me for the part they replaced.

Leaking pipe in basement, source unclear to us. We contacted via Angie's List, and he came the next day, located the source of the leak, fixed it.

I wasn't there, but my wife said that John was methodically troubleshooting cause of our sewage line blocking, found it and proposed a solution.

Fabulous! John worked efficiently and to a very high standard. John was able to schedule the work to meet the difficult family schedule. He is knowledgeable and pleasant to work with--as is Jill in the office

I really valued John's presence in this otherwise disastrous event. He was prompt and professional, and was a friendly, reassuring presence at a difficult time. His work was meticulous and he cleaned everything up on completion of the work. He worked late into the night to finish certain parts of the job in time for holidays and family visits. I would not hesitate to call him again and to recommend him.

This is the third project I've had Dolphin do for me; and like all the other experiences it was great. Jill worked with me to schedule the servicing, she gave me several options, and kept me informed about the timing. John got the work done and answered all my questions. (New homeowner!) All my interactions with Dolphin Plumbing have been fantastic. What is even better is that John gave me some advice that I'm fairly confident has helped me prevent what would have been a septic disaster this winter!

My experience with Dolphin Plumbing was fabulous. From the moment of first contact with Jill the evening before until our final goodbye once the job was completed was exceptional. I contacted Jill late in the evening after coming home to find a geyser shooting from my washing machine drain pipe and after unsuccessfully snaking the waste pipe myself. She advised me that she would reach out to John, the actual plumber, and get back to me to let me know what time John would arrive the next day. I expected to be waiting hours to hear back from Jill, but in the end she was back on the phone with me in less than 15 minutes and John was at my front door at 8:45 AM the next morning. Although the original appointment time was 8:30 AM, I received a call from John at about 7:45 AM letting me know he was running a little late and would be at my house by 9:00 AM. I was impressed that he called to let me know he was delayed (delays happen and I have no issue when it does) AND that he still arrived at my house only 15 minutes later than the original appointment time. Both Jill and John were very easy to work with and not only professional, but very personable. I know that I will eventually need my outgoing waste pipe replaced and I will call Dolphin Plumbing to do the job. Thanks John and Jill!!

I called with drain blockage and overflow problem. John was there same day. Made an honest attempt to clear blockage and solve the problem but the line to the drywell could not be repaired without digging it up to determine where the failure occurred. John showed me what was going on and explained everything thoroughly every step of the way. He had to reroute the gray water lines into the septic line and made the time to do it the same day. He wrote up the cost and presented the estimate before starting the work for approval. He cleaned up everything before he left. We could not have asked for better service or resolution.

Excellent. John was on time, friendly, fast and efficient. He was also very thorough and the work looked impeccable. Scheduling the work is also a pleasure with his office. Additionally, John came to our rescue when another contractor took out our toilet to refinish our floors and didn't put it back. He was more than happy to help fix their mistake.

John was prompt and professional and stayed until everything was working properly.

John returned to finish the rest of this project. He had already installed a new hot water heater, and just needed to replace the kitchen faucet and the pipes going to one of the bathrooms. He gave advice about water filter systems, and discussed my ideas for upgrading one of the bathrooms -- which I will definitely hire him for when I am ready. I couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, his punctuality, and his service.

Winter was very hard, resulting in a number of burst pipes, a dead hot water heater, and problems with my well pump. John arrived on time, was professional and determined to get at least some cold-water service up and going, and kept explaining things as he went along. The project isn't all completed, but I will definitely use him again.
