+ -1 moreGood at first. They assessed their service and the match to our dog. They guaranteed that their product would be able to keep our dog in their "Out of sight fence". The fence worked for approximately 3 weeks, and then there was inconsistency from then to the current date of 10/22/13. We have reached out to Dog Guard 2-3 weeks to complain about their product. Mike Kovalyk and partner would respond and adjust the dog collars, and give advice about what to do. After 6 months of using the failed product, we asked for our money back. It was clear to us that this product was not going to work. Mike Kovalyk did attempt to make several attempts to adjust the equipment, but to no avail. I am extremely UNHAPPY with this product and want my money.
Description of Work: Hired to install an underground electric dog fence and one dog collar.

+ -1 moreMike & his son, were on time, very friendly and completely the job quickly. They gave me detailed instructions and trained my dog "Lola" to recognize the boundaries of the property with invisible fencing. Fantastic company, recommend highly!
Description of Work: Installation of invisible fencing around perimeter of property, wire was laid underground. Training given to my dog and detailed instruction was given to me.
