DILORENZO TREE CARE

Awful. Phil came to look at the job. Then took two weeks to provide a quote. I asked for an appointment time. No answer. Called the office several times and the woman answering the phone said she continually told Phil to respond. She sounded frustrated about this and he never responded. I even stopped by their office in Highland twice. The door was locked, no answer. I gave up trying to contact him asking for an appointment. Worst customer service ever. No follow-up. No respect for the customer. If he had too much work to do and couldn't do our job, he should just say so. One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. How they stay in business is a mystery.

I was impressed all the way around. The equipment was impressive, knowledgeable and pleasant.

Someone had referred DiLorenzo Tree Care after a storm we had and I needed to have a tree removed. He came and gave an estimate right away and did let us know that he was a small company and it would take a little time to come back to do the work. He was back within the week. Removed the damage and cleaned up everything in the yard. Experienced and professional. Would hire again.

Excellent. Very good, hardworking crew arrived when scheduled. Removed all the trees and did the trimming in one day, then ground up the stumps the next day. Very careful not to damage yard when maneuvering their equipment.s

Made an appointment and never kept it

Phil, owner of Dilorenzo's Tree Care came out to my home on Nov 10th to review a relatively large job; the trimming of 6 large maples on my property. I had told Phil that I was anxious to get the job completed prior to getting any accumulating snow. He had promised to work up an estimate that evening and email to me. He had indicated he could perform the work within roughly a two week window. That was acceptable to me. When I did not receive the estimate, as promised, on Nov 11th I called to the office to enquire, and received a call back message that Phil had been busy and would send the estimate out that day. I never received the estimate nor a return call after 2 more calls placed to the office indicating I had failed to receive the estimate. I thought it may have been an issue with the email address I provided and was going to offer another email or suggest using the US Postal service. It's now been two weeks and no correspondence from Dilorenzo's Tree Care service. I'm going with another tree care proffesional
