 + -1 moreHe installed ok - but obviously didn't do the softener correctly. He said he'd return any call. I gave up on him.
Description of Work: Plumber installed new water heater and water softener. When water softener did not appear to be working, I was never able to get him to answer my calls, after 5 tries, including an emergency number. I had to pay another plumber $170.
