I called for an estimate and Frank the owner called me back within 2 hours and came out the next day. The day to do the job, Frank and his crew showed up promptly at 7:30 am. They were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend! Frank the owner was on the job from beginning to end. Excellent job!

Frank, Mark and the entire crew were beyond professional. They are like artists...and blacktop is their medium. Seriously, the work was done with fantastic attention to detail and done exactly according to what we discussed during the walk through before the job. It actually came out better than I could have imagined as it was a big job on a busy road. The All County team was well directed by Frank who was on site the entire time and everyone knew their role and executed it well. The team was there first thing in the morning as promised and barely broke for lunch (unless you count eating on the fly at the job site a "lunch break"). Frank actually laid down thicker pavement in some spots to ensure it was sloping the proper way for drainage-- this driveway is not going anywhere and will be sure to stand the test of time/weather. I will certainly have All County back to do the sealing in the spring and thereafter. It was a pleasure to work with them and the results speak for themselves. Even though I initially couldn't stand the thought of spending this amount of money on something I drive on, I have been smiling every time I enter or leave my home as it is a drastic improvement over the old pothole ridden mess that was my former driveway. The price was more than fair, and you might be able to get a cheaper lower quaiity job if you don't mind re-doing a new driveway in 7 years. I wanted something that looked good now and would last. If you want a blacktop driveway paved right with superior quality, look no further than All County Paving--- these are your guys. Frank, Mark and the crew were really nice people too, which was an added bonus.

I contacted All County Paving and Frank came over the next day to look at the project. He made a recommendation as to how to go about replacing the current driveway. In speaking with Frank you could tell he was very knowledgeable and that he would be on site the entire time with his staff. The entire project took two days and we now have a beautiful driveway. Frank and his staff were great to work with. Very friendly and extremely hard working people. Frank is a true professional.

It went wonderfully. The job was the most professional I have seen in a very long time. I've had our driveway paved a few times since we built the house, and this was, by far, the best job ever. I asked to have the driveway widened and it was done exactly I I asked. I also asked for a small sidewalk to be done off the driveway, and, it too, was done perfectly. I could not have asked for a better job. I highly recommend Frank and his crew.

Very happy with Frank and his crew. Frank came out right on schedule and gave me an estimate which was very competitive. It took about a month to get on the schedule because he was busy. We were on a tight schedule because we had to leave town the day after he was to finish. He sent his crew out the saturday before to get a head-start on digging up the drive to make sure he would complete on time. They did the job in two full days. Frank was on-site the whole time. The drive looks great and should last a long time. I have no complaints and would recommend All County with no reservations.

From the beginning Frank and his team were professional. They showed up on time - ready to work and completed the project when they said they would. The quality of the work was outstanding as they put a thick base of stone and dirt and then topped it with a thick layer of blacktop. I have a long driveway and we also added parking spots. Frank also made suggestions for improvements that were not much extra money that made a world of difference in the finished product. I had read the reviews on Angies List and they spoke for themselves. I had one other estimate that was more expensive and I knew from other reviews that the quality would not have been as good. big hwe In addition, there was a little confusion over where a couple of heavy items that had to be excavated during the process including a tree stump would be relocated. As part of the price Frank removed the stump. Then later when I realized that it would be a problem for me moving these items, Frank followed up going the extra mile and had his team come back once the driveway settled and move the items. That was a big help. The only thing I would suggest is that you might want to team with a local landscaper to add some dirt around the edges. The base of blacktop is so thick that I will probably put some dirt around the edges in the Fall. I wasn't used to this because my last blacktop job was so thin. In all, the reviews you read are correct. I would recommend All County Paving to anyone looking for a quality driveway at a good price.

Frank is the best. All County replaced our driveway in 2008 and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work they did. We have had it sealed several times since then and it still looks like new. I would highly recommend Frank and All County to anyone.

They responded very quickly to our telephone call and came out to give us an estimate right away. We had to wait a month for the job to be done due to the weather but they called us when it was time to schedule the job. They were here first thing in the morning and did the job in one day. We had a falling portion of a wall along the side of the driveway and they fixed it for us. Their work was neat and clean. The guys were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Frank originally scheduled time to provide an estimate of the job. He gave me an overview of what needed to be done, and the job cost. He advised that I wait till the ground was firm, removed the old driveway, and prepared the driveway for paving. He came back to check on whether the base layer had settled enough for paving and then scheduled the paving job. The paving was doen quickly and efficiently. In three days, I was able to drive on my new driveway, which looks better than any in the neighborhood. Great job by a real professional.

Frank was right on time for estimate appt.. Also punctual for job. Provided excellent service, professional and went above and beyond what was asked of him and his crew. Did an awesome job!!We are very happy with our new driveway. They graded the driveway so all water will run down and not "pool" near the house. He also came back ,as promised, to seal the bottom so no water gets underneath , as our driveway is flush with the street pavement. Will absolutely use him to seal at a later date, and will recommend to others. Look no further; use All County!!!

New driveway went very well. Then an imperfection developed about a year later. Frank came over, fixed it at no cost and said he'd be back to seal it, which he did. But he didn't just seal the fix, he sealed the whole driveway - no cost.

They arrived exactly on time. Frank, the owner, had a crew of three other guys. All professional equipment. He used a hefty amount of materials for the base as well as 3" of blacktop. The driveway was wider than I expected which is a good thing. He even paved where I hide my trash bins and made a ramp up to my shed! The edges of the driveway were perfect. The lines are perfectly straight. The pavement looks smooth with no imperfections. We were very concerned about water collecting in the driveway because of the way our house sits. The road slopes down toward our house and we usually collect water in the driveway when a heavy rain occurs or in the spring when the snow melts. We just had a very heavy few days of rain - the water is running off just as he said he would have it do. Very nice person and crew. He even gave us a great discount because he said he didn't use as much materials as he had expected to use. Who does that!!!! No question he will be referred to anyone who asks. Don't look any further. Thank you Frank and crew!

Mark of All County Paving provided an estimate and stated exactly what was going to be done regarding the driveway sealing. They exceeded my expectations. Cracks were filled, areas masked off prior to sealing and seal coating was applied with careful precision. I would recommend them to others for sure.

We talked about various options on what to do, and decided the best course of action was to dig up approx 70 feet of sloping driveway, and lay new rock foundation and pave. The other half of the driveway was a relatively flat 30 foot square area adjacent to the garage, which was in pretty good shape. All County would just pave over the existing surface, digging out a small portion near the garage so the new surface wouldn't be too high. Quote was given and firmed up on Saturday, and on Tuesday the crew was here at 7am and got right to work. Frank is a very hands-on owner, and was here working with his crew. Watching Frank on the roller was like watching an artist at work... making sure everything done to perfection, ensuring the sloping was correct and the surface totally smooth. The final product looks great. Frank really knows what he's doing, and I don't see how All County Paving could have done a better job.

Mark came the day that I called and gave me an estimate and explained exactly what he would be doing. He answered all of my questions. The estimate was the same as another estimate that I had gotten. I decided to use All County Paving based on the excellent reviews on Angies list. They lived up to their excellent reputation. Mark showed up with a partner the next morning on time. He was courteous, professional, and performed the work to perfection. He also filled in a number of cracks in the driveway. I am extremely happy with this company and will recommend them to all of our friends.

Mark and his partner arrived early in the morning to edge and clean the driveway. After cleaning and masking, they were able to seal our 300 foot drive in about an hour. The team was very professional, clean, efficient and thorough. They even repaired hole in the foundation next to our house at no extra cost. After completing the job Mark explained how long to expect the sealer and my driveway to last and how to continue to maintain it. As a side note, I had previously sealed the driveway myself because I was concerned about the cost. I may have saved a couple hundred dollars, but the sealer was not as good and it took me all day to do. Overall hiring All County to do the job instead was the smarter thing to do.

A second written quote was given and an explanation of the work that would be done. Still a bit beyond my price range but a fair price for the extent and quality of the work. (based on other reviews)

I had a good experience with them. They were very professional. I couldn't understand how they will gonna do what they said they would gonna do so they demonstrated and showed me that they had to do a drainage so I was very comfortable and pleased with them. They do good job in cleaning up, cutting in and getting whatever rough things that's left.

It was excellent. They said they were going to be here in a certain time on a certain day and they were here. They wanted to get me understand what they were going to do so that I would not have any misgiving so they explained the whole thing to me, they didn't just come do it and leave. The sealant process was amazing. The guy was good as though he was painting a wall, he takes anything that's near the driveway and pulled up the tape when he was done and it was wonderful. He did a good job.

Frank and crew are great people , they did exactly what was planed, and the paving came out fantastic.

My asphalt driveway is 75 feet long, garage to street, and includes a parking apron off to one side. Roots from three large trees, since removed, broke-up a 20 foot by 20 foot section of the driveway making it impossible to completely clear snow. In addition, the driveway was constructed in two stages years apart resulting in a longitudinal ridge that caused snow-shovel shock when clearing light snow by hand. The push shovel would hit the ridge and stop, jarring me. I checked Angie's List looking for reliable paving people and read the reviews of several from the area. All County Paving owned by Frank Verona had good reviews. I called Frank for a free estimate. He was professional and knowledgeable and gave me a written estimate, which I thought was reasonable. Work was done in one long day. All County saw cut, removed, and rebuilt fully half of my driveway. This included extensive work removing the network of large and small tree roots, compacting the soil, laying Item 4 subbase, and applying three inches of fresh asphalt and matching into the longitudinal joint surface of the "good" half of my driveway. In addition, the older half of the driveway was sealed. Frank also did a little extra work at the driveway's street interface. When the County last paved the highway, they left a very sloppy apron about two inches higher than the driveway surface. Frank addressed that and it looks fine now. That attests to his attention to detail and leaving a great finished product. All work agreed to was done to a high quality level and all appointments were on time.
