Great job, good price, friendly and professional.

I have had Eva's Cleaning Service for about 18 months cleaning my (and wife's) home. They supply their own cleaning materials and tools and do an excellent job in each room. For extra services (help lift something heavy, flip mattresses, deal with an unexpected mold problem) they charge a small additional fee. They are very friendly but quite professional and don't waste a lot of time. They come every 2 weeks including most holidays. They will also come while we are away on vacation . I have NEVER had a moments problem with Eva or her staff of 1 or 2. They do tend to run a bit late if the previous job takes more time or the weather is bad. Eva always calls each time in this case, quite a courtesy.In the kitchen they clean the gas stove, microwave,toaster oven and coffee pot each time. They do not clean inside the fridge unless I ask, which I prefer.In the dining room they exchange out the table cloth and napkins each time. They spray and clean our oriental rugs in the main rooms and vacuum our carpets on the stairwell and upstairs level . They scrub each bathroom in all regards.On the patio they clean the table there and vacuum the outdoor rug. The clean both sides of the glass patio door. Each time they clean both sides of our glass exterior winter front door.We strip the beds before they come and leave out clean sheets for them to make the beds. They are fully insured and licensed in New York State and our Village of Highland Falls, NY.They travel as far as Middleton, NY and Cornwall,NY.
