The Vulcan crew came in and did the complete job within 4 hours. They were professional and courteous. They also were very repsonsive in following up with a post-installtion service call to extend a drain pipe from the sump pump.

Joe was great, he did what he was suppose to do in the time that he said and we are very happy with his work. We live one hour away and he was perfect, he also does clean up of water in basement so hopefully there will be no flood ever in our basement but if there is we will be sure to use him again.

The men that came were very professional and knowledgable about the work. They were speedy, clean and polite. The company even offered to do the job before the actual date became they had an opening, but we were not able to take the offer because of our time constraints.

I had an OK experience but also a very dissappointing one. I hired this company to address a problem I had with water entering my basement. I wanted to waterproof my home. They suggested a frrench drain and installed it pretty well. However, the first rain after it was installed, water was still coming into the basement. I had them come back out and look at it. This time they told me that water was coming in from above the level of the basement (coming in at the bottom of the ground floor and seeping down to basement). They said that this was not part of what they fixed and that they only fix water coming directly into basement.

Vulcan does not have a plumbing permit in Westchester. You require a plumbing permit to put in a sump pump.

Did a quick and efficient job. Just make sure you cover everything with plastic that you don't want covered in dust. Thank goodness I did. They come in with a jackhammer. Haven't had to use the sumpump yet, because it hasn't rained yet. So far all is good.

The pump was installed so neatly you wouldn't know it's there. The sale rep was friendly and courteous and the price was extremely affordable. The job was completed in a day as agreed upon. More importantly, I've had no problems with flooding in the basement.

They were to install a French drain inside my basement. I was told it might take 1 day by the salesman. Upon arrival, the supervisor said it would definitely take 2 days. No wonder. They worked 2.5 hours the 1st day and 3 hrs the 2nd day. Their office said that it was really hard work and I can't expect them to work all day. How about even half?? On the 2nd day, their equipment broke and they waited around for a new one which broke again. They were going to leave without finishing completely w/o telling me. A call to the office fixed that. Then their biggest guy hands me the bill. I paid the exact price. Then he says "we don't get a tip?"
