They know what they are doing. They will not look for your leak, but solve it with a French drain which worked for me. Have called their customer service and they have been very responsive. The only thing I wish they educated me better on what to expect and how to go forward.

Did a terrible job ruined finished basement

A lot less Hassel than I expected and the job was quickly and neatly done,with complete clean up,very nice.

I hired Vulcan to install a pump and water drainage system in my basement 3 weeks ago. I thought the salesman was professional but a bit pushy and was merely trying to make a sale as opposed to addressing my concerns about the source of the water in my basement. I decided to go with Vulcan because they offered to install more square footage of the drainage system. The workmen arrived on time and were very professional and polite especially the foreman. Periodically I went down to the basement to see how the job was going and the foreman/supervisor kept me updated, and he knew what he was doing. They cleaned up the area in the basement as well as outside where they were working very nicely although be forewarned that with this type of work, there is a lot of dust. Luckily I had covered my furniture and moved other items that I could move to another room. The workmen did move and reconnected my washing machine and dryer which I very much appreciated. Overall I think the crew did an excellent job but there has not been any significant rainfall so I'm not sure if the pump actually works. We'll see.

Everything from the sales pitch to the completion of work was outstanding.

Be prepared that the job will be a lot messier than they tell you. The workmen did not prepare the area properly for all the dust and debris. I feel they could have done a much better job in that area. The cement work was not great.

Good quality work, except little expencive

Fast. Came on time contractor made a slight mistake didn't put proper drainage cap on sewer pipe trap which caused my pipes to back up and leak. However I called the company Vulcan and some one responded with approx 3hrs. Now those guys were the Best!! I did have heavy rain since installation and NO floods ore mildew smell, so therefore so far so good.

The foreman and 4 man crew were well experienced and professional. Job was completed in less than 4 hours. Cleaned up at the end. Haven't had heavy rain yet to test, but job well done.

On time. Dedicated. Professional. Attentive.

Six men came to do the work took them four hours which was great the only bad thing was some of the tiles on the floor were ruined but it was understandable as they used a jackhammer.

Great job.

THey had a good price and were very fast. They had left my place a bit messy so I called them and the came back to clean up. Apart from the mess which they did clean up everything else was ok. Haven't had major rain yet so don't know for sure if the work will hold. I'll write another comment if it doesn't.
