chimney sweep, chimney repair
+ 0 moreThis was a "Complete Chimney" Disaster from the start. Once I got over the shock of being caught in the classic "Chimney Scam" and had them do the work, they did a horrible job. I had to have them actually do it twice, that's how bad the brick work was. They put the chimney up once, and it was crooked and out of square, so I made them take it down and do it all over again! Plus, the first time around, they used the old bricks from my "bad" chimney! UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT EVEN ACCEPT PHONE CALLS FROM THEM. THEY WILL SCAM YOU! I promise.
Description of Work: They solicited me for a chimney cleaning saying that they used to clean the for previous owners, so I believed them. That was a LIE! Keep in mind, this was supposed to be a $29 cleaning. They got to my house, went to my basement, pulled some pipes from my wall, claiming that there was water damage, when in actuality, the idiot just yanked them out of the wall without my permission. So already, I needed to fix that. Now they're already leaning toward a new liner. So, I go outside, and the salesman is on my roof wiggling my chimney back and forth telling me that it's about to collapse and that I need to replace the top of the chimney! He climbed up on the roof and did god knows what BEFORE I got outside. He convinced me to have him push the chimney over and then try and scam my insurance company to cover the costs. Being a new homeowner, I didn't know what to do so I believed him. So, we did it. My insurance company wanted nothing to do with it, and it ended up costing me 3K!

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED TIME. THE NEXT TIME, THEY WERE TWO HOURS LATE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH ANYTHING THEY DID. I WASTED MY TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED TWO STAINLESS STEEL CAPS ON CHIMNEY.

+ -1 moreI THOUGHT THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB CLEANING MY CHIMNEY. IT TOOK THEM ABOUT TWO WEEKS TO COME OUT. THE SERVICE PERSON WAS NICE, NEAT AND CLEAN. IT DID NOT TAKE HIM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID A GREAT JOB ON THE CHIMNEY. THE FIRST COMPANY RIPPED ME OFF AND TRIED TO SELL ME A LINER I DID NOT NEED. I CALLED COMPLETE CHIMNEY, AND THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE VERY HONEST.
Description of Work: THEY SWEPT OUT THE CHIMNEY ON THE HOUSE.
