Description of Work: I had had earlier work done by SNH under contract. Afterwards, one circuit kept overloading. That problem was not covered by my contract job, but SNH came out anyway, very promptly, and corrected the problem. They refused to accept any payment, asking that I wait to see if the circuit was fixed after I ran my usual load on it for several days. I did and called their office to settle the bill. The bill was zero. I am most impressed with their service and would gladly have paid for this call.
