Slomin's Inc

Called Slomins after receiving very high estimate from competitor. Slomins has Sunday/holiday service line & was willing to come out on Sunday. Serviceman gave estimate for the repair that was 40% less than the other estimate. Serviceman was very honest and said we could get away with just repairing the hot water heater but that since the heating system was so old he would suggest not to repair it. Sales office called promptly with estimate for replacement of system which was 35% less than the other estimate we had. Decided to replace both heat and hot water system. Service visit was scheduled in a couple of days. Repairman were prompt, professional and honest. The repairman even suggested using a direct water heater instead of an indirect even though it was cheaper because he felt it was best in our circumstances. Job completed promptly with no hassles. Total price of new system was $5200 compared with $8200 estimate from competitor (Slomins components were equivalent or better).

They provided us with excellent service. They were careful not to harm anything in our home while they were installing the alarms and the installation was free. We did have to call them and remind them that we needed them to do the installation a certain time but after that they responded very quickly.

I had to take so many days off, because Slomins had to keep coming back to fix problems! My fob was stolen to deactivate the alarm, and there wasnt any response. The sliding doors were supposed to have an alarm on them, and the alarm wasnt attached. I had them here too much! I had to pay the fines for when the wireless alarms went off, because they went off so frequently (without anyone setting them off). It was a complete mess. I am now using a different company.

The install was done well. We haven't be happy with the increasing monthly monitoring costs over the 5 year contract.

The work was done on schedule and it performs as promised. We are using at least 1/3 less fuel oil since the new installation. This winter will be the acid test on the systems performance.

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR AWHILE NOW. THEY MADE SURE I KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. I AM HAPPY WITH THEM. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS BECAUSE THEY DO A GOOD JOB MONITORING THE SYSTEM ALL OF THE TIME.

I WOULDNT CHANGE COMPANIES RIGHT NOW. I NEVER HAVE HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE WHO WANTED AN ALARM INSTALLED.

SLOMINS DOES A GOOD JOB. IF WE HAVE EVER HAD A PROBLEM, THEY RESPOND VERY QUICKLY. THEY DID A GOOD JOB ON THE INSTALLATION AND CONTINUE TO PROVIDE GOOD SERVICE.

SLOMINS ALARMS DID A REAL GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES AND DO PROVIDE QUALITY WORK. IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM THEY ARE QUICK TO FIX IT.

SLOMINS HAD A BAD FOLLOW THROUGH WHEN THE CREW COULD NOT FINISH THE JOB. IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO GET BACK TO ME AND FINISH. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY WERE THERE.

THE WORKMANSHIP IS VERY POOR. THE INSTALLATION IS A BAD QUALITY OF WORK. THE ALARM GOES OFF WHEN NOTHING HAPPENS. I HAVE APPROACHED THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM, BUT I AM SEEKING LEGAL ACTION BECAUSE OF NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY IS ALRIGHT. THEY COME OUT AND DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. WHEN I CALL THEY ARE RIGHT THERE TO ASSIST ME. THEY CHECK ON THE HOUSE AND KEEP IT SAFE.

THEY WERE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY FAST AT PUTTING THE ALARMS IN THE HOUSE. THEY WERE ALL VERY NICE AND THE JOB LOOKS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE GOOD.

I THOUGHT SLOMINS WORKER WAS NOT EXCELLENT, BUT IT WAS GOOD. THEY WORKED HARD AND WERE VERY POLITE. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES NEATLY.

I THINK THE HOME SECURITY SYSTEM WORKS VERY WELL. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY OR MY SERVICE. THEY EVEN DID THE TESTING OF THE SYSTEM WHEN THEY DID THE UPGRADE.

SLOMINS DID A GOOD JOB. THEY HAVE A VERY HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT AND GIVE A GREAT SERVICE. WE ADDED ON AN UPSTAIRS TO OUR HOUSE AND THEY REALLY GOT IT ALL DONE QUICKLY.

THE WORK WAS DONE EFFICIENTLY,IN THE TIME THAT WAS QUOTED,THERE WAS NO MESS FOR ME TO CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS AND THE INSTRUCTIONS THAT WERE GIVEN WERE CLEAR. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO OTHERS WHO HAVE ALSO USED THEIR SERVICE.

WE FEEL MUCH SAFER WITH IT WORKING NOW. IT LOOKS MUCH BETTER, NOT HAVING ALL OF THE WIRES EXPOSED. I HAVE CHILDREN AND THEY KEPT PULLING AT THEM. THEIR SAFETY IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.

I BELIEVE THIS IS AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TRYING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM OF THE ONE ROOM NOT COOLING PROPERLY. I APPRECIATE THE WAY THIS COMPANY DOES NOT OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THEIR SERVICES.

THEY OFFERED A GOOD PACKAGE DEAL TO GET THE THINGS DONE WE WANTED TO, AND THEY HAVE BEEN REASONABLE TO DEAL WITH. IT'S FINE QUALITY. I WASN'T EVEN THERE. THE LAST SALESMAN WHO CAME AROUND WHEN WE ASKED FOR THE UPGRADE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT.

THE HOUSE HEATS AND COOLS SO MUCH BETTER NOW. THE NEW FURNANCE RUNS SO MUCH QUIETER THAN THE OLD ONE. THE NEW AIR CONDITIONER IS ALSO MUCH QUIETER. I COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED.

THE FURNACE IS KEPT RUNNING SMOOTHLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THE WORKERS CAME IN EXPECTED TIME AND THEY DO A QUALITY SERVICE ON THE FURNACE. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE FURNACE WHEN THE MAINTENANCE IS DONE.

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE ARE NOT THE BEST. THE SERVICE TECHNICIANS ARE OKAY. THEY DO GOOD WORK. I THOUGHT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE WORK WAS ALSO FINE.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH RUSSO WAS VERY GOOD THE JOB WAS DONE BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY POLITE WORKERS. THE JOB WAS PERFORMED WITH A HIGH AMOUNT OF CRAFTMANSHIP. WE ARE VERY PLEASED.

WE CAUGHT A GREAT DEAL WITH SLOMINS BECAUSE THE INSTALLATION WAS ABSOLUTELY FREE! WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH FALSE ALARMS OR WITH THE SERVICE WORKERS FOR THIS COMPANY!
