Description of Work: My intro to the company was terrible! I canceled and returned to my prior oil company Petro. Even at a higher price of oil, Petro is much more professional & easier to work with. One good thing about Slomin's is that refunded my money right away.

Description of Work: We had a contract in 2011for 1 year or 1500 gallons at 3.29/gallon which I negotiated for my mother's home When it came time to renew in March 2012, they refused to give us a new contract and instead told my elderly mother she already had a contract. and told her that it cost 120.00 for a service contract which she paid. THey lied Telling her it was the same as a price fixed contract. They are liars and cheats. When I called to complain their sales rep was rude and nasty.

Worse Possible.
Description of Work: What a Ripp-Off. Please save yourself. Do not, Do not under any circumstances hire these PROFESSIONAL CROOKS. I got them to install new Boiler. The oil line still leaks, kitchen floor is mess and there is still hole in roof .. It is agony just to write about my experience with them .. Therefore I want to say as loud as possible to PLEASE AVOID THEM.

The work went very well.
Description of Work: Slomin's replaced our alarm central processing unit and three keypads. An upgrade was needed to make the system compatible with digital radio signaling. Our previous system had been installed years ago and through a series of acquisitions was finally acquired by ADT. The Slomin's upgrade price was considerably less than that suggested by ADT, which in any case we had found not very responsive to our upgrade needs. Slomin's work was complicated by the messy wiring of the previous installation. The work was done efficiently and quickly with minimal disturbance or mess. We are pleased with our initial relationship with Slomin's.
