I was afraid I was going to have to pay, but they called my insurance company and worked with them so the claim was paid off. The staff was very professional, no mess(my wife was happy). They explained everything they would do and gave me a time frame in which they would finish the work. I hope I don't have any more problems, but if I do I will call them again.
Description of Work: I has my furnished basement that has carpet flooded with water from a broken water line. I thought I cleaned it, but as the days went by the basement has a musty odor. I bought different products and finally decided to call a company. I found them online and they went over the phone with asking me information about the problem. They came to the house pretty quickly and inspected the basement. Mold started to grow on the floor under the carpet and padding. They had to remove everything.
