Pro Duct Air Care

A pleasurable experience with this company from start to finish. After "calling around" to shop price the owner or Pro Duct Air Care, patiently explained to me the necessity of the service, the company's competitive advantages and the fees. I made an informed and educated decision and hired Pro-Duct to clean my vents because I felt the ducts in my home needed to be cleaned, Pro-Duct would do a proper job, and I would be charged fairly without any surprise charges. When the technicians arrived at my home, they explained the entire process to me and then set themselves up for work. They respected my home and took care to keep it clean as they worked. After the job was complete, the technician reviewed the work that was completed and I immediately noticed a difference in the performance of my home heating system. I feel that this was money well spent with a top level respectable company.

I called on a Thursday, they came the following Saturday at the agreed-upon time. The gentlemen who came to perform the job walked me through the process and discussed pricing on any additional tasks that may be needed. My blower was filthy also , so they explained that they could remove it and clean it only if I wanted. The job was completed within a couple of hours. Both men seemed very experienced. It was worth every penny.

The service was great. They cleaned the entire system and worked quickly. Before they got to work, the system was very very dirty. I had only recently purchased this house and it needed some TLC. Turning on the heat came with allergies and smells, but now its good as new. No more bad smells or allergies. Everyone was very nice as well.

Professional and punctual with very competitive pricing. The workers were very efficient and methodical in their approach which I appreciated. They rolled out carpeting to make sure not to damage the wood floors and helped change out any old filters they found. They also forgot 1 part of the initial cleaning and came back to complete at no additional charge. I will definitely look to them for the next cleaning and would recommend with confidence. Very honest and up front with hassles.

It went well! The technician was very polite. The customer service was pretty good overall. However there is one area where it could be improved is communication. I would prefer to get a heads up call if a technician is running late so I do not have to wait at home and wondering if he is going to show up and when.

They had to cancel the initial appointment last minute because one of their technicians got sick. They were very professional and apologetic and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. They found mold in four of the ducts and explained the problem to me with images of the affected areas. They went over the cost of additional work in detail and came back promptly five days later to replace the affected portions of the flex ducts. I would definitely hire them again because they were professional, courteous and honest.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and the quality of the work done. The house was left immaculate. This is the first time we have had the ducts cleaned in our house and the cleanness of the air is quite apparent now that the ducts have been cleaned. Thank you for a great job.

We originally found Pro Duct on Angie's list but hired them outside of Angie's List through a phone call to the company. They were very accomodating as far as scheduling the appointment. Th crew arrived early and was very friendly and professional. Great guys. The job was done very well, including before and after photos of our ducts. Our home had undergone complete demo/renovations of 3 rooms as well as a lot of work on sheetrock throughout the home so our ducts were fairly dirty. The house feels and smells cleaner today. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work.

Amazing - performed phone consultation with business manager who accepted 4 photos and went over them with me over the phone. A determination was made that at this time even though that a cleaning wasn't fully warranted. He could have come here and sold me an $800 package for the 2 zones, but instead took the time out of his busy day to see the photos I sent and be HONEST and full of INTEGRITY, which I truly respect. I trust these people, and would call on them in the future when needed.

The serviceman was on time, polite and courteous, and fast. I was a little disappointed because he only cleaned the vent from the outside. I thought he would have also cleaned it from inside the dryer itself, behind the lint screen. I guess I should have mentioned it then, but I didn't think of it until afterwards.

Al came did a great job. He went above and beyond with the cleaning of the vents. $425 He discovered mold we were unaware of. Showed me where it was. Didn't pressure me to get it done right away but I chose to. $800. I have him returning this week to power wash my AC unit. And clean my dryer vent.

They were great. Explained everything beforehand. Didn't charge me to clean up some surface mold in unit. They worked clean, put down carpet over hardwood floors where they worked, and wore show covers. Overall great job.

Very polite and professional. Came on time for the estimate and priced lower than the other two quotes I had received. Walked me through the entire process showing exactly what they were going to do and with what tools/machines. On the day of service I had the same technician and a helper, and both were great. Extremely clean, and again walked me through each step so I could see what I was paying for and how much they were actually cleaning. I will be using them to do my vent cleanings in the future.

Alex was nice and professional. His assistant also was polite and professional. We have a unique carpet on the stairs and upstairs and they were careful. They laid down a clean red carpet over the majority of the area. I followed them from vent to vent with a vacuum and they were really nice about it. They had tape to cover the vents as they blew them out to minimiZe the dust. They had corner guards so the vacuum tube didn't scratch the corners. They even wrapped the metal part of the air tube with tape so it wouldn't scratch the floors. Both of them wore shoe covers and took them on/ off when leaving the attic and basement. We don't wear shoes in the house so I'm a nut about dirt/dust. The only thing i would have done differently is asked them to tape over a duct in the basement over some toys - they were in a different room and couldn't see the dust. Overall the service was above my expectations.

I called Pro Duct Air Care to clean what seemed to be a badly clogged dryer vent. When they arrived they surveyed the condition of my dryer vent installation and were quick to explain how it was improperly installed and they could not clean it. They spent some time investigating the vent, and explaining how it should be corrected. It was very useful information, and since they did not actually do any cleaning, they did not charge me, in spite of having come all the way from Long Island. I will definitely call them again when the vent is fixed and needs cleaning again.

There were some scheduling issues with my appointment for reasons beyond their control but they immediately promised to reimburse the money I had already paid through Angie's list special deal and so performed the service for free. When they arrived they were very courteous and professional and explained exactly what the process involved and also made some suggestions for improvements we could make to the system so that it would vent better. Despite the scheduling issues I would use them again and recommend them.

They put 3 holes in the duct to properly clean the vent. Then, they put a removable cap in each hole. Next time they can just remove the caps and do the cleaning. Good idea that no other cleaning company had done before.

Unlike other dryer duct cleaners we've used, they don't vacuum inside the dryer, behind the lint screen. Fires can start here. They did do a fast job snake vacuuming the exterior vent. In fact, it seemed too fast, I was concerned. They said this is a new, faster vacuuming system. I checked around, and some professionals think this system does not do a thorough job. To his credit, their service rep responded promptly. He is convinced that the job was done right, and offered to send the crew back to show me that the external ducts are clean. But I still feel uneasy that the ducts within the dryer remain uncleaned, and that they were not up front about this before we hired them. So we have to pay yet again, to have another duct cleaner vacuum out the lint from the dryer interior.
