Update to review of 6/22/2017. The project came out beautifully. My issues with the company arose when paving stones in walkway that came loose. The company seemed unresponsive, when it was more poor communication. They sent a worker out to fix the stones, when one was freed up from other jobs. They just didn't let me know that's what was going on. The fault seems to lie with staff that were juggling numerous projects. Since then, the president of the company, Anthony Lauro, has been at pains to let me know what is going on. This spring he was quick to respond to my e-mail asking to repair stones that were loosened by the winter frost.

Difficult to work with. Lack of communication. No followup. Installed a walkway and patio last summer (2016). The finished work looks beautiful, but stones started coming up immediately. Had to come back twice in the fall. Problems got worse over the winter. Called them five weeks ago. They promised that they would come back to repair everything. Five weeks and five calls later-- still nothing.

The patio looks great and we are pleased with the final product. There were a number of communications problems. There was a disagreement as to what was included in the price and what was not. There was a disagreement concerning the repairs to the landscaping that was damaged during the construction. We did not get final plans prior to construction beginning which led to mistakes that had to be corrected. I would use them again, but I would make sure that every single detail was in writing before construction began.
