Peter J Brabazon is like Bernie from the movie "weekend at Bernie's". I can't confirm he is alive or even exists.? On April 20, 2016?I hand delivered the completed form, a prior (pre-renovation) survey, and a drawing of septic tank and dry well location. Also a $500.00 for full payment. (the pre-renovation survey cost $950 including elevations)?I was told the survey would be completed 7-10 days. So in May I called to follow up. I spoke to Christy many times and was told "tomorrow". Christy is good but just following managements instructions, but after the 4th or 5th time I asked to speak to Peter. I was always told that he was?either not in or was in a meeting. I left a message and asked for him to call me back anytime. He never responded. Then more promises from Christy "they are working on it right now"... "tomorrow"... "Friday" but still no survey. Finally on June 24 Christy said the survey was ready and I picked it up at the office. Over 2 months since the paid order. I gave C rating on the quality because the survey looks good and it served my needs but is it really correct? Also a C on price because they were in line with others?

I trusted him, then I found out that the cinderblocks that were put down were not cemented and they are falling apart. Mr. Brabazon lied about the photo that was taken by, he called it a concrete retaining wall, which is absolutely not what it actually is, and a wall was not even necessary. A concrete retaining wall is poured concrete and can only be so if it is built by the original builder, which it was not.

We made many phone calls to Peter Brabazon's office to arrange a date with the surveyor during this week. Although we were assured on a number of occasions that someone would call us back, and we waited to hear from them, none of our calls were ever returned. We could not get Mr. Brabazon in the office, nor any of the surveyors. We were continuously put off by being asked to wait for call backs which never once occured. After waiting all morning for a callback on day 3, we called the office around noon and were told that someone would call us back at the end of the day. They were so inconsiderate and very unprofessional. Very unresponsive to us as customers. After several days, my husband and I picked up our check and hired another surveyor. They are doing the job within 24 hours, and called us back to confirm!
