He was amazing when he was at the office, when i heard he was starting his own business I followed him and used his services for my home machines. He did so much for everyone when working for IBM and does even more now. He was able to log in to my laptop in the morning. I needed to get some
Description of Work: The technician logged in and corrected the slowness and pop-ups my laptop had. He spent hours on it as it was inundated with problems. I also asked him what I could do to prevent this from happening again and he responded with a very informative email. When all was said and done my laptop was back and it is super fast!
