Although arriving on time, the two cleaning personnel were super quick and brushed through the whole house doing the bare minimum. They forgot to clean the bathroom vents, neglected to clean the shower heads that still had soap scum, and used water to clean the floor instead of the solution I provided them with (i.e. Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner & Polish). After all that, they only had stay for two hours and 5 minutes from the time they arrived, and they charged me for two hours and a half. I would not recommend these people. If you want a thorough cleaning, either do it yourself (as you know best how you like things done) or research and compare. Also, $240 is way to expensive for 2 hours of horrible cleaning. I recommend looking online at at least 6-8 hours of services (as this is what it would take to do a deep cleaning), and something under $300 bucks.

It does depend on what girls come to clean the house on whether I am very satisfied with the cleaning or just ok with it. Sometimes the shorter girls that come do not clean things that are very high. I do adore the other set of girls that come, and I would recommend them. People in this area need to be aware that they may not speak English, there is normally one person on the team that does understand most of it, however.
