Description of Work: My house was a MESS. 23 years of full time work, raising 2 kids, no partner, everything on me. I'm diagnosed with MS and broke my leg last summer right after I retired. I'm still healing and I'm having a hard time getting on top of the housework. I appreciated them helping me to put a dent in it. They were here for 3 hours, and the place looks a lot better than it did, and it can keep it up. |We only tackled the main floor. But it has been a big help!

 + -1 moreTwo women arrived exactly on time. I feel the company should have sent them earlier because this was the first time and I had to show them around before they actually started cleaning. As I stated previously only one of the two women was working hard, the other might as well not have come. I feel I that the work should have been completed or at least near completion within the time alloted which was one and one half hours. However the work was not finished even though I payed 50.00 for an extra HALF HOUR The work performed was unsatisfactory and I would never use this service again. They did not even call back after I left a message telling them of my dissatisfaction.
Description of Work: First of all this review is for Maid Brigade Of Ronkonkoma. Obviously, the quality of service performed differs from area to area, but I did not realize this when I hired the service and I was very impressed by Maid Brigades HICKSVILLE rating here. I was given a phone estimate by Bob based on the amount of time spent cleaning by my last service and the amount of rooms to be cleaned. They were supposed to clean 2 small bedrooms, 2 small bathrooms (one without a tub) living room. TV room,dining room and kitchen for $99.00 I believe that the problem was that only one person Ashley really worked hard, while Brenda was just killing time. It was impossible to have one person finish the job in 1 and 1/2 hours. I ended up paying for an additional half hour ($50.00) and only one bathroom was cleaned The floors were still dirty in the kitchen, TV room, living room and the downstairs bathroom wasn't touched! The rating would have been an F for every category but Ashley tried her best. Overall I felt I overpaid and the srvice was misrepresented to me The dusting was only done in the living room.

 + -1 moreThe workers have been wonderful and I trust them. I have always been pleased with their service. I have been using their services for six years and I've only had one issue and they sent a group back to fix it. Their prices are reasonable and they are bonded and insured. I will continue to use them in the future.
