We had work done in the house, which made us rethink our hard wired alarm system. And we had new windows and doors, which required security. It made sense to upgrade our alarm system to cover more zones and to also go wireless. After the estimate from a few weeks before, the technician arrived to do the work. It was really uneventful in the sense that he came in, knew the job and what needed to be done, there were no surprises. He went about his business, with very little noise and no mess left behind. Before he tested the upgrade signals, he made sure we weren?t on the phone or using the computer, which was courteous. He made sure we knew how to arm the new system and use the new keypad before he left. A few hours later we were all set. You can?t underestimate a service that does what it says it will do, for the price it quotes.

- Not responsive. Frankly pretty lousy. Took more than a week to respond, even after me following up. He stated that he was busy with other clients - False expectations: upon speaking with Danny, he said installation charges would not be much since we already had the system installed. When I asked what that meant, we came to the understanding that it would be a "few to several hundred dollars". He then quoted me $1350 for time, labor, and parts. From his side, he claimed to have never set those expectations with me but I do recall our conversation and am still in disbelief that it would cost that much for a system that is already wired throughout the house. I was floored by the install cost and am disappointed that there wasn't a hint of regret that from his side that there could have been a miscommunication. Frankly, if he had set the right expectations on install cost with me right away, they probably would have retained my business. Turned off by this experience. - When I questioned him on the install charges, he said if I could find what I needed for the cost I wanted to pay, then he would encourage me to seek out an alternative. I have. I found a number of well-rated companies with far more competitive rates. I felt comfortable to go in a different direction with a company that requires no hard wiring or install tech to come by. Am satisfied thus far. - Old school: requires a tech to come out and install a hard wired system. Cellular/wireless monitoring is an upgrade. - I am sure Lowitt has many satisfied customers. Evidently by how busy their sales group is, they probably are doing just fine. However, I was completely turned off by the sales experience and it is a shame that I gave them every chance to retain my business and I came away soured by the process.

We have had a very good experience with them. When they came in originally, they upgraded the system that we had instead of starting from scratch. We were very happy with the fact that they were able to upgrade it rather than replace it. When we had a problem with one of our clips, they came in immediately and replaced it, so they had have been very economical, and they have been very diligent in keeping the system up and running. We have no problem with the quality of the work, or the people that come in. The product is good, and the work was excellent. They are very responsive, and professional.

They came recommended to me because a family member has used them. So far they have been very professional and they did go into some difficulty in the project that was originally planned, turned out to be feasible. They had to make some adjustments and that's why they actually came to do the installation in January. They had to come back now to finish the installation. I have replacement windows and the units that they had originally planned to put on, did not fit on my replacement windows. They had to come out and plan out a different way of securing the house. They came back and sent the technician. We discussed different possibilities and they really worked with me to do the combinations of the things that would satisfy me. The experience was excellent and I was very pleased with the company. They did have difficulty in getting the message from me, eventually we did connect. Overall it was very good. They were absolutely punctual.

We definitely feel safe and secure with Lowitt Alarms Incorporated handling our alarm system. Their response time is very fast and this is very reassuring. Their customer service department is very helpful and friendly. I wouldn't ever switch to another company.

If I need service or have a problem, they get to me very quickly and are always friendly and helpful. The staff is very knowledgeable and the service people that were out to my home were professional and very courteous. Their prices are about average but their service has always been excellent and I have been using them for about 10 years.

LOWITT ALARMS DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICES. THEY ALSO HAD VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ALWAYS ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT I HAVE EVER HAD.

I FEEL THAT THIS ALARM COMPANY IS GREAT. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. IF THE ALARM DOES GO OFF THE COPS COME RIGHT AWAY.

I PAY EVERY THREE MONTHS, WHICH I THINK IS VERY REASONABLE. THEIR COMPETITORS CHARGE MUCH MORE. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL WHENEVER I CALL WITH QUESTIONS OR WHENEVER SOMETHING GOES WRONG. THEY RESPOND QUICKLY AND ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THEIR JOB.

LOWITT ALARMS INC DOES A FANTASTIC JOB. THEY ARE ALWAYS THERE WHEN OR IF YOU NEED THEM. I FEEL EXTREMELY SAFE AND SECURE KNOWING THAT THEY ARE ON THE JOB.
