+ -1 moreI have had to return almost half of everything ordered due to defects, incorrect sizes, bubbles in the paint, etc. THen you ahve to wait for the door or cabinet to be resent.....WEEKS. Still waiting for my bifold door to be sent wihout any damaged (waiting for the third one as first two were terrible) and it's been MONTHS. Interesting to note that Schuler does not supply a phone number for their cooperate headquarters anywhere on the internet. That should tell you all you need to know. I am ready to go to court. Sick and tired of emailing reminders to Lowes and asking what is happening. It takes Lowes weeks to get back to me. Mind you , of course, they have you pay in advance. Schuler and Lowes have both been paid for this last door 9 months ago. That you tell you all you need to know. STAY AWAY. Go to Home Depot and get Kraftmaid
Description of Work: I used Lowes to design my kitchen remodel. I was talked into the Schuler cabinets as "they are the best of our line". Initally I was happy-the design was beautiful, the designer very nice, etc. It was once I had a delivery that I knew I was in trouble.
