K.N. Heating and Cooling

I had no hot water in the house and I anxiously called a few heating and cooling professionals whose names I got from Home Advisor. Kevin from K.N. Heating and Cooling responded promptly and arrived at our house on time. He diagnosed the problem very efficiently and fixed it very fast. He is a real professional and knows what he is doing. I highly recommend K.N. Heating and Cooling.

My experience with KN Heating and Cooling was a great one. I was contacted and serviced on the same day by Kevin after my call was dispatched by HomeAdvisors for my oil burner. I never had a faster turn around for service as by KN Heating and Cooling..The work was done efficiently and explained every step of the way..KN Heating and Cooling is now my go to for all my heating and cooling problems going forward..What great customer service!!

Kevin came out right away. Very friendly & professional. I just bought home & didn't have heat. After 3 people came in & looked, Kevin came in & flicked the switch, that was all it took & a $125 fee for coming out. If I do have a problem, I know who to call based on professionalism & quick response time.

Kevin was great. He adjusted our original appointment time to better fit my schedule. Then arrived punctually, accessed the situation immediately and resolved the problem very quickly. Loved the fact that he had the required parts to accomplish the job on his truck too! Most important of all, he quoted a reasonable/fair price. Although I hope for my sake it's not necessary but if so I would definitely call him again. To anyone reading...I recommend you call him as well.

He fixed and replaced both the thermostat and power head for a good price and was very quick with his work. He was polite and easy to talk to and trust. I would definitely like to call him again when there's another problem with the heating or cooling system.

Kevin did a phenomenal job. Very prompt, right on time. Explained how system worked, very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend and use again with no hesitation.

Kevin responded immediately to the Service pro request. We had been trying to get emergency service for a furnace leak, which had flooded our furnace room, and we could not get anyone to respond, even the company that we have a 24/7 service contract with. Kevin came right over, diagnosed the problem right away, and proceeded to repair the overflow valve on the burner. When he says 24 hour emergency service, he really means it. He was done in like 30 minutes, and the price was more than reasonable. In fact it was way less than anyone had ever charged for repairs to the furnace valves. I would recommend Kevin, and will be using him again.

Showed up exactly when he said he would. Was able to pinpoint the problem with my Furniss and even was able to fix an issue that the initial installation did not bother doing.
