Kevin came on time and replaced my broken central air unit. He identified and solved problems (without additional charge) that my previous, reputable ac company had ignored (I had had the unit assessed and maintenance done just before it broke). So much for some of the other, larger companies. I will definitely use Kevin in the future

Kevin arrived when promised. It was Friday at 8:30 PM. Knew exactly what the problem was. A professional in my book.

Seriously a dream come true. After having multiple HVAC guys in our house to check our Lennox central air conditioning unit for a WEEK during the hottest week of summer (our house heated to 98 degrees), Kevin entered our house and turned our unit on in less than 2 minutes. He came in and he knew EXACTLY what he was doing- he spent a few minutes at our unit and got it running, then he went downstairs to check the electric base unit and he quickly found that our filter needed changing BAD. We had multiple companies telling us that we needed a new unit, and we had spent hundreds of dollars on NOTHING to find that our unit, while old (20 years), was more advanced than most as it had multiple automatic shut off valves to avoid any overheating catastrophes. Long story short, it took a few bad opinions to finally find Kevin who waltzed in and told us that we simply needed to change our filter regularly and he had our house cool within an hour. If you re on the fence, save yourself the time and money and hire him immediately. You won t regret it.

My central ac stopped working during the big heatwave. After a miserable night and worried about my pets . I contacted Home Adviser and Kevin called me within an hour of my request, He came to my home the next day, analyzed the problem, called me early next morning stating he found my matching unit. He came the same and installed the new unit while I was at work, sent me pictures of the completion. My family and pets can now sleep in comfort. Kevin to the rescue, I highly recommend Kevin. Basically spent a little over an hour, told me I had a leak, added some Freon to the units and left. $400 for ???? Didn't put my filter back or close up my vent! I'm sorry home advisor you got it wrong!
