Had a replacement part in his truck. Explained the part to me. Did the install. After installed waited to make certain things were fine. Honestly a great experience. I will DEFINITELY be using KN heating in the future.

I Honestly thought that we needed to replace our A/C, but Kevin Nagel was honest enough to say, that was not the case. Added 2.5lbs R-22 to my 2.5 Ton AC system. I paid $400 cash. Watch out for no charge of service call. You will pay it at end. Price is too high! Will not hire again. I read the KN response after I posted my review. What KN said is not true. There is no explainations about change to 410 A, etc. The house is built in 2003. how the AC cannot be 20 years old. I just want to get my massege out - watch out for free servie call.
