Kevin was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and helpful. He successfully diagnosed the problem with the A/C unit while also training a new employee, Mario. The issue was resolved in short order and the house is now a lot cooler and more comfortable than this morning. Kevin was a true professional and Mario was friendly and helpful as well.

Once Kavin started the job he finished it the same day.

Kevin is simply awesome, he is an expert and very professional, price is reasonable and he cares about making sure the customer is happy. He installed a brand new heating system ( boiler , burner, etc..) and was right on target with the time scheduled. BTW, I called him on Sunday afternoon because I didn't have any hot water , and had the install done on Monday. everything worked great without any issues , and will definitely be calling him for any future installs and maintenance.

I felt comfortable with his assessment of the AC problem and went ahead with the repair. I also felt the price was very reasonable and the work was very professional. I would recommend him. No more hot and humid nights at home!

As predicted, my AC stopped working and has a leak AFTER his visit. I do respect Kevin and will give him credit for refunding all of my money which is a gesture he initiated.

The unit run out of coolant. He checked what needed to be checked and did a refill, but the charge of $100 per lb of R22 is apparently over 400% mark up, which I find excessive. Of course it is my fault that I did not know that before hand

I called late on a Friday evening, and Kevin arrived the next day and solved our AC issue efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this business for excellent, personable, and reasonable service and availability. I will most likely call on him again for annual maintenance of AC system as well as gas boiler! (I have already recommended him to my brother.)

Within 5 minutes of going on home advisor I received a call k.n. heating and cooling was at my house within 1 hour on a Saturday afternoon repaired my problems and was very pleasant and reasonable in price
