PLEASE NOTE BELOW THE LINE IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW WHICH WAS GOOD BUT KEVIN SHOWED HIS TRUE COLORS AND THIS IS THE UPDATE....... After spending $500.00 to replace parts on my boiler Kevin assured me he had fixed it and it was under warranty. Well he did not fix anything and the same problem exists. I tried to contact him and get him to come out again and No Answer just crickets - So he just took his $500 and left me high and dry. I am not sure how other people rated him so highly - I think these are fake reviews on Home Advisor for him. If I were you I would not even consider using this guy!!!! An interesting point that I thought was odd at the time - when I wrote my original review that was good as you can see below the line - Kevin responded with this text - "Thanks for the review. it's all true! Lol" - I thought it was strange that he wrote Lol like it was funny that I wrote my honest opinion of what I saw him do in my review but now I understand that he was laughing all the way to the bank with my money and laughing at me not helping me at all. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE - THEY SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND STAB YOU IN THE BACK!!!!!! ENOUGH SAID!!!! It got fixed but I was disappointed because he told me it was going to be $125 plus parts but it ended up being over $300. I liked the fact that he knew what he was doing and he was the only one that called, it was right away and came over the same day. Just wouldv'e liked to know what cost wouldv'e been up front and not surprised by it.

Kevin, did a wonderful job. My mother was very happy with his service and everything is working well. He arrived when he said he would, he was polite, and he was very professional on the phone and in person. We will use his services again in the future.

Kevin was very professional and did a thorough job of cleaning and replacing the filter, nozzle and screen on the boiler He offered me advice that the chimney needed cleaning and he checked and changed the batteries on my thermostat. I will definitely be using him again.
