On time, professional and fair.

Very professional, courteous, and came within the hour, as promised. This was an emergency; on a Sunday, so I was very grateful to have found K.N Heating. My furnace went out, and we had no heat, or hot water, Kevin even took the time to tell us what to do, to keep this from happening again. They are my go-to peeps from now on, when I need my furnace serviced.

Exellent customer service ! My heating system was not working,spend the night in february 28 without heat.Call in hte morning and two hours later came to my house.Everything was fixed!!!!Very professional!I recommend it to anyone.

On time. Professional. Fixed the problem. Since there is no transparency around pricing of labor or parts, it’s impossible to know whether the pricing was fair. I would use the service again, though, as he explained the problem and fixed it.
