My Central Air stopped working Friday afternoon. I had guests coming on Saturday. I went on Home Advisor website and they recommended few businesses in the area. I was in the midst of reading reviews and Kevin called me that he could be at my house in an hour. Unfortunately I had to go somewhere in the evening. I asked him about Saturday morning. He said I will be there st 10 AM. He come promptly at 9:30. He looked at unit, replaced the electric part and finished in half hour. Kevin is very courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for these projects.

I contacted Home Advisor with regards for a central a/c issue. Upon completing the required info, within 5 minutes, Kevin called me, on a Sunday no less. I explained the situation. I had an appointment for 2 days later. Kevin kept in touch the day of, calling me to see if he can come earlier, which worked better for me. He did a quick checkover of unit. I just wanted to see if my system was being efficient, as it hasn't been looked at since install 19 years ago. He said it could use a little Freon(1/2 lb). Other than that, he said system is still in good working order. Highly recommend his services. He was very friendly, informative.

Kevin was great. He is very smart and experienced, worked very efficiently and had the A/C back up and running quickly. He was able to identify the problem (a bad capacitor) within 5 minutes.

Highly recommend. Had a central a/c unit that was not working properly. Kevin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue and fixed it on site at a very reasonable price. I’ve had bad luck with other HVAC technicians that want to sell you something rather than do a proper inspection and diagnosis. Kevin was actually the first of three technicians that I have dealt with recently that actually did a thorough inspection and actually determined what the issue was. The other companies just quickly concluded that something had to be replaced (at a high cost) without actually looking at the system.

He is excellent. He focused on finding the problem first not talking about money until he find and finish fixing it.

Kevin answered my request promptly and I hired him to check out my split level central air. The upstairs was not working. He checked everything out and l only needed freon. Price was reasonable and work finished quickly.

Pros like Kevin are hard to find - he serviced and repaired my 2 central ac units, came right away, diagnosed the problem real quick, was courteous and professional and the price was reasonable. I have experienced 3 different hvac companies and Kevin is hands down the best - very highly recommended!
