Discovered my heat wasn't working on a Sunday morning when the house was 58 degrees. Given the day of the week, it was virtually impossible to find an available professional. HomeAdvisor matched me with several companies, but K.N. was the only one to call back, within minutes. Kevin actually showed up earlier than his estimated time frame and fixed the problem within twenty minutes. Highly recommended.
