I searched for a plumber because my heating company told me I needed a plumber He came up as a plumber - I explained on the phone that I was told I needed a plumber and what the problem was - he came to the house and after an hour of checking things he said you need a plumber- i said I thought you were a plumber and HE said no I am a heating and cooling guy - he performed no work and charged me $130 - and I still need a plumber- would have never hired him if i knew he was not a plumber

I hired KN to do the yearly maintenance on my oil burner, I have had this done in the past. The technician came promptly at the specified time, he not only replaced the wear parts but tested all aspects of the system, things that had never been done before, he was very neat and professional. I will definitely use them every year.
