They were great, communication was a bit spotty, but in the grand scheme, they did a great job.

The job was done very well.

I have contacted them by phone and never received a call back as of today. It would be nice for them to call back saying that they received the call and to touch base in my request that I was needing to be done. Due to them not calling back and I will be taking my business else where.

I left multiple messages and never received a call back.

He has been making lame excuses such as Jewish holidays (even though he is not Jewish) for not getting back to us about the estimate. He stated due to the holiday that banks and businesses were closed. He has stated a couple different times that he will call us back and we are yet to hear back from him. Since he is lying to us we will no longer go with him because he is untrustworthy. We do not feel that he should be referred to anyone else as he has a poor work ethic.

After two attempts to schedule an estimate, a date and time was scheduled. No phone call was made by Scott to say he was running late or cancel. To our knowledge, he never showed up after waiting one hour and a half. Completely unprofessional, rude, and unnecessary.

Great! Would use again.

My husband called for an estimate on a Tuesday and got a quote on the phone. The next morning Scott conveniently met us at our house before we left for work so he could explain the process and have a look at the floors. We talked about stain colors. Our floors were in rough shape. They were scratched up by dogs and had been bleached white by previous owners. They began work on Thursday morning. Everyone was very nice. I stopped home on Thursday afternoon to decide between a few stain colors that were put on a small area of the floor for me to choose from. It was a big job. They worked 12 hours the first day to get them sanded and stained. They returned Friday to put the finish on them. The whole process was so quick and easy. They started the job Thursday morning and were done by Friday afternoon. We were able to let them in before work in the morning and did not have to be there while the work was being done. The floors are beautiful. They look like brand new hardwood floors. There was no mess for us to clean up afterwards, and the price was great!

I love them and they are wonderful. They are very dependable. They are very true to the estimate. The quality of the work is outstanding. Honestly, I can’t say good things about them and they were just great. I got other estimates and they were the best.

I had a marble floor in my hall but it was uneven going into my living room. They had to build a saddle and level the floor out. They were very professional. There was a small problem getting it to work and they brought other people out and they stayed until it was fixed and done.

Since I couldn't physically be in my home the two days the work was done, Scott sent me before pics after removing the carpets so that I could see the condition of the floors. He also sent me a pic of the deteriorating wood steps which needed to be replaced. I was kept abreast of the progress throughout the duration of this job. Scott offered a great price to get the job done. He is very professional and takes pride in his work! I definitely recommend JFP Installation Inc.

He got there on time moved all my furniture, came back to put the extra coats on and then on Thursday showed up nice and early and put all my furniture back and put it just where I wanted it. He even lined some pieces up after he placed them because Iam so crazy about things being where they belong.

They always showed up on time. Great job installing hard wood planks. they made it look sooo special. Did everything as promised with no additional charges.
