remodeled my kitchen this past summer. I bought the cabinets from them. Ikea planned the kitchen layout and answered all my questions adequately and to my satisfaction. The cabinets were easy to put together and seem very solid to date. The delivery date got confusing and was slightly delayed but they accommodated me quickly. I would purchase from them again.

Terribly. This store is a franchisee, not company owned. Rude staff, very unporfessional repsonse when we called for help on goods damaged in transit. Would not help at all. Had to contact IKJEA HQ and even they had trouble getting the fraqnchisee to resolve. Recommend: SEarchfor IUKEA Hicksville on internet. LOADS of complaints about this same store for similar reasons. Use IKEA;s Brooklyn store instread: plenty of free parking, courteous staff, much better organized than Hicksville store... and it is company owned, so if the need should aris, IKEA HQ can intervene.

The sales people (especially with the wardrobe) were very friendly and knowledgeable. The wardrobes were VERY large and unwildly and kind of complicated to put together. I had a friend who is very experienced, put it together and it still took quite a while. If you are buying a wardrobe and you don't have carpentry minded friends, I would have them deliver and install it for you. I know that sounds negative, but the installation was the only negative in the whole process. It was a great price for what we got. And I absolutely LOVE how it looks and how organized it keeps me.

THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN CHOOSING THE MATERIAL FOR THE DRAPES. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN TO HAVE AROUND.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB WITH INSTALLING THE COUNTER TOPS, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE HOW LONG IT TOOK THEM TO GET THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLE. THEY CLEANED UP REALLY WELL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS. THESE WERE CUSTOM MADE FROM GOOD QUALITY MATERIALS. THEY HAD THEM MADE WITHIN THREE WEEKS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THIS COMPANY WAS EXCELLENT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE OUTCOME OF MY NEW CABINETS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEIR SERVICES.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THE PROBLEM AND CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM TO OUR SATISFACTION. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THAT THEY COULD IMPROVE ON THEIR PRICES AND ON THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

I HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS COMPANY MANY TIMES BECAUSE THEY DO A GREAT JOB. THEY ASKED MY OPINION ON EVERY ASPECT. MY KITCHEN IS VERY SMALL, SO THE WORK DIDN'T TAKE VERY LONG AT ALL. I THINK EVERYTHING LOOKS GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS GREAT, TOO!

THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB AND THE WORK WAS DONE IN A QUALITY MANNER. THE WORKERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE KITCHEN LOOKS WONDERFUL. I AM COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY DID.
